Long wait times and poor service. I sat 15 minutes 4 a bacon an egg biscut, 3 min waiting at drive through window waiting 4 the woman to see me. When she does she asks me what did i order.? 5 minutes waiting at pick up window only to get attitude and no thank you 4 waiting...

The line was long and slow moving. Ok. It happens. Folks were talking through the service radio over each other at the drive thru. Then the ones at the window barely addressed you. Not his customer service. The young lady at the 2nd window was complaining about arriving at her stain to find nothing clean or stocked. We were have our food and I was staying to check that out was ask there cause 3 meals should not fit in a single bag... she briskly told me I needed to go so the line could continue. I explained we still needed our 2 milks. We were missing 1 sandwich from our order. Then upon getting home we discover the big mac had a party with half of it bitten out... you could see the bite marks in the burger patty. Gross! Our fries were not hot (not even warm really) and one large was not even half full. Just a bad all around experience. Luckily we do not reside here so won't be frequenting this particular McDonald's. I sincerely how it was just an uncharacteristically bad day for them. The bites out of the burger imply that's not the case though.

So I ordered breakfast at 10:15 I got there at 10:29 and they gave me attitude and told me they can’t serv me I go there all the time I won’t anymore after that they are highly rude and kitchen is run by kids who just talk the whole time and don’t their job place needs restaffed

Gotta love a McDonald’s with a Big Mac museum. Extra points for having a playground that my 5 year old loved. Only thing that keeps this place from 5 stars was the cleanliness and some of our food items were missing. The playroom tables were all dirty.Also, love the bathroom in the playground area.Kid-friendliness: This McDonald’s has a playground
Tried to order shamrock mcflurries in march and was told they didn’t have them. Had to get shakes instead. Clearly ownership lacks the ability to repair machines when they are broken because they are unwilling to invest in them. The franchise less than 5 miles has everything I want when I need it with no issue. Pretty sad for the store that invented the Big Mac.

The wife and I took a drive from Pittsburgh to check out the "Big Mac museum" they proclaim to have. We'll, not much of a museum. They have a few nostalgic pieces of memorabilia in display cases in the eating area. Nothing vintage about the decor, everything looks modern and new. Nice, clean and service was good. Not much to see, but we did have a big mac while there even though I rarely ever eat fast food. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way, but if in the area and you're a fan of McDonald's it may be worth stopping by.

I had to wait an excessive amount of time for a caramel frappe. But at least I got one. There's another McDonald's that I have yet been able to get one in the 3 years I've lived here.

My kids love coming here! It’s always super clean and such a great place for kids. The staff is always friendly as well. Theres plenty of seating inside and is much more spacious than most other McDonald’s. It’s a neat place to experience!
