Shout out to Heather for great customer service today. I was on a mission for work and really had no idea what direction to go. Gave Heather my budget and she helped to decide what to purchase. She boxed everything up and was so pleasant. Thanks Heather.

Super nice people. Great selection of chocolate and ice cream. The caramel turtle ice cream is amazing. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a sweet treat

Cute little shop. Stopped in to get a coffee and hot chocolate as the sign on the sidewalk advertises and the girl inside said they had no drinks. Disappointing, would be very nice place to grab a coffee or espresso drink and enjoy a treat. Oh well maybe next time.

First time visiting this place and we got a variety of different chocolate/truffles. The store itself is cute, very little without that large chain store feeling. It did smell a little like cleaner or fabuloso, just my opinion! The service was ok. The chocolate however was nothing special and it tasted more like melting wafers than real chocolate. Highly disappointed. We did not get ice cream so I can not comment on that.

For everyone complaining about the size of the storefront are just silly. Downtown Irwin is a small town and almost ALL of the shops are small, that doesn’t take away from the product. We stopped in for the first time during Gig on Main. Bought an apple and some pumpkin truffles. Yes the apple was $16 but it was HUGE and dipped into delicious caramel, chocolate and fun toppings. Even splitting it we couldn’t finish it at one sitting. It’s a shame when people bash these small town businesses who are struggling to keep up with the chains.
Will definitely be back and pay the few extra bucks for quality and supporting our small businesses!

My boyfriend and I stopped in at 8:00, the closing time is 9 so I figured we’d have a bit of time to grab something. The overall atmosphere and customer service was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and bordering on angry. The woman working did not say a single word to us upon entering, and when my boyfriend asked how she was she responded “good.” and that is literally it. It was almost as if we were bothering her being there. Just a really uncomfortable and tense interaction almost. Will not be returning

I ordered a bunch of chocolates for my charcuterie class and it was absolutely amazing! We even picked up some chocolate lollipops for our Mother’s Day Baskets and they were a huge hit!! So I went back and bought about $200 more worth of chocolates!

Definitely not my favorite to buy from because they cost too much for too little. The place is so tiny and there is barely anything in the place. The employees don't talk to customers very much and it makes it awkard. I've actually been buying my chocolate treats somewhere else and I'm glad I do.

You get too little for too much. Not the best chocolate treats I've had.

Wow! I love the fact that I see the same woman there when I go in for ice cream with my family. She is awesome and she always helps us pick our chocolates. Great place. Hope they make a ton of money and stay in irwin forever.

We just stopped in to buy 2 pints of ice cream, one prepackaged and the other pint was hand packed by the employee. The employee didn't pack it down very much. When I got home I weighed it and it was 10 ounces and the prepackaged pint was 15 ounces. The ice cream is always good, however I should get what I pay for.

Late night cravings had me feelin' some type of way, so, I went on an adventure. It's a small outfit, but it has big energy. Amazing selection, and presentation of items. Definitely a "must-stop."

Everything was Great! We recently spent a date night downtown in Irwin, Mcfeely's chocolate and ice cream was the highlight! Customer service was great as we fumbled around selecting several chocolates to take home, the young lady was friendly, patient, and informative. We also got ice cream that we enjoyed outside. As we have got to enjoy every piece of chocolate since our visit highlights included the peanut butter chocolate pie, the brownie, chocolate covered cherries, chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered smores! Look forward to our next visit to try more of the items and revisit some of our favorites!
