It takes a lot to piss me off when it comes to customer service.. I mean A LOT. With that being said I will NEVER, in my life, give Pizza Hut in Irwin my business, ever again. My dad and I went there tonight and ordered a pizza and breadsticks. Not a complicated order, right? It’s also Wednesday, mind you. We waited ONE HOUR for breadsticks (that we never got). Ordered my pizza at 4:30. Expected it to arrive in 40 minutes as I work 4 miles from the Pizza Hut. It’s now 6:35 and still no pizza. I called and they said they lost my order ticket but that it was out for delivery. They called the driver and she said she was about to be pulling up. That was almost an hour ago... all I got was a “sorry”. �
