They need to be inspected their food is soured on top of other things that are not cemetery they're drinking fountains need to be cleaned and the service I've never seen so many employees standing around when things could be cleaned hope they can get their stuff together at the store

I initially meant to leave a review sooner, but here it is now. Now I haven't been to any Subway in a very long time, as the experiences I've had has been subpar for many years prior to me quitting Subway. I decided the day I went to stop because I couldn't wait to eat. I go in and order a Supreme Meats and a wrap for a family member of mine. When I say the woman & the man she was training completely changed my mind about Subway, they did. I was greeted and given warm service, which is not something I was used to in Subway. The man she was training, he did a better job on his FIRST sandwich with me then most people who have been working at Subway for a long time. The bread, meat and service was far better than some restaurants I've spent $40+ to eat at. Ever since that day, I've made this my #1 Subway to eat at. When I tell you if I had shown you the sandwich they made me, and didn't tell you it was Subway initially, you would have never believed me once I told you it was. It goes without saying I'll continue to come back.

I went in to buy a tuna foot long. The guy working seemed a bit annoyed but I figured just having a bad day. I was very nice to him and even gave him a tip. My bf and I went to eat and noticed there was no tuna on the sandwhich. My bf called and the guy had an attitude and insisted he put tuna. And hung up on my bf. Very unprofessional and rude.

Ordered online for pick up and they messed up my order. I ordered an oven roasted turkey club sub and when I got my order home instead I found it was a Tuna sub sandwich which I never ordered. I called to let them know of their mistake and the young male manager on duty was very rude, inconsiderate insisted I ordered a Tuna sub sandwich while my receipt clearly said Turkey Club and hung up on me. I will be very reluctant to order from the Irwin location on Norwin Ave again. The staff apparently does not know how to read or take orders and have no proper training. The manger needs to be demoted and retrainef or fired. He should not be working with the public with his nasty attitude.

I got a sub here last week. The young boy working (Nathan) was so pleasant. He seemed a bit confused but he did a great job especially considering him being a teen with special needs. I’m so proud of that young man and will definitely be coming back weekly.

Got delivery. Both sandwiches ordered were wrong. Tried calling the restaurant numerous times, no answer same thing the next day. Couldn't reach doordash or driver even though it said to use the phone number. So all around it was a disgusting experience.

One person working and the girl seems uninterested in helping her coworkers who has 11 people waiting to get food. He is frustrated and she is just acting like a jerk to him. Poor kid deserves a raise and that woman needs to learn teamwork and better manners. Also the every single table was dirty and my order was 20 mins late. Never coming back again especially if that girls employed there

One female worker came out, got irritated because the line went out of the door. Started making bread with another female worker. While the entire time, only 1 male was making all of the subs, then he also rang everyone out. They did nothing but bread & did not help him. It took forever to get subs. Someone needs to retrain them! Especially when its lunch time & people are on a short lunch break. The other staff in there are usually really good & on it.

Girl had the lights on and the store was open for another 10 minutes but she locked the door and told me no we couldn't come in to order even though they were supposed to be open I had even called three times on my way there starting at 40 minutes before they should have enclosed she wouldn't answer the calls.

The two workers were awesome. Young people usually aren’t as personable or professional but these two were great(a tall dark haired young man and a shorter blonde haired girl). They took pride in what they did and our sandwiches were wrapped neatly and tightly and they were patient with my young daughter.
