Just got food doordashed from here, food came in about :15-:20 minutes. Frosty was completely melted, saucy chicken nuggets and fries were ice cold, literally it was didgusting. Tried to call got hung up on, tried to call again phone put on hold with no answer after ringing for :02 minutes, called again and they disconnected the phone. Threw all of the phone away and will be calling tomorrow. Inappropriate, should have just cancelled my order if you were going to serve me garbage.

I made a mobile order on 12/12/2024. I went thru the drive thru and went up to the check out window. Cashier was fine he went a got a manger right away because it said I had to pay an extra $20.07 after already paying on the mobile app. The manager was completely rude either pay or get out of the drive thru. Even after I showed him that I already paid online fully for my meal. Unprofessional and unwillingly to find a better solution.

MUST READ! *Please be aware when using cash at this particular Wendy's*. This is my second time getting short changed here and not realizing it until I'm down the road (heading to work) they acted like nobody was told or the drawer wasn't $10 over. I handed them $20 and they rung it up as only receiving $10 the recipt shows. Tabatha might not be the only one trying to make extra money off customers just beware of your cash here. (Yes I got my money back but I'm just giving everyone a heads up since this is my second time and they act shady)
The worst Wendy's I've ever been too- no matter how simple your order is they will mess it up, you don't get your dipping sauces or straws most of the time among many many ways they will screw up your order, the staff acts like your inconveniencing them just placing an order- this store has messed up my order again for the last time, if I want Wendy's I guess I'll drive to Greensburg - at least you get what you ordered there - I hope this saves somebody the hassle - good luck if you go there!

Ordered a $5 now $6 biggie bag double stack. I opened the burger & it was a single patty without cheese & completely covered in ketchup. Like u wouldnt even use that much ketchup on a triple cheeseburger. Obviously it was some sort of reheated mess from day before or early lunchtime 4:40 pm!. I called, spoke to mgr & advised I didnt have time to come back there & funk around! Right into garbage. Im guessing they had to have done it on purpose. No way they could screw up like that & just give a cold hamburger with like 2 oz of ketchup on it. Nobody in right mind would eat this.??
Mgr sounded stupid as well. Like staff could be ignorant & walk all over him type stupid!

The honey butter chicken biscuit is so delicious with extra honey butter syrup. I always ordered two of them with the potato wedges. They are better than the regular fries.
