Forgot my nuggets, this Wendy’s is going down hill. I use to go here all the time with no problems. Now every time I come here it’s always something. Figured try during the day because I dread going at night depending on who’s working. Sometimes you get phenomenal service other times you get someone screaming in frustration or loudly sighing in the microphone. I’m a manager and work with food it is sickening to see how i get treated because I get off late and want a meal for me and my husband and it’s roughly and hour before they close. There is hardly anything open after 10:30-11 pm and when you’re just getting off work you want something quick and easy. Then the numerous amount of employees that come in after to my job when I work late and demand perfect service. So now here I am on my day off thinking it’s good to go now during the day. NOPE. Disappointment as always. You lost me and I will now be going to bk for the further future.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever come across! The workers are so rude, it’s like they have a problem with you placing an order!

Just got food doordashed from here, food came in about :15-:20 minutes. Frosty was completely melted, saucy chicken nuggets and fries were ice cold, literally it was didgusting. Tried to call got hung up on, tried to call again phone put on hold with no answer after ringing for :02 minutes, called again and they disconnected the phone. Threw all of the phone away and will be calling tomorrow. Inappropriate, should have just cancelled my order if you were going to serve me garbage.

I made a mobile order on 12/12/2024. I went thru the drive thru and went up to the check out window. Cashier was fine he went a got a manger right away because it said I had to pay an extra $20.07 after already paying on the mobile app. The manager was completely rude either pay or get out of the drive thru. Even after I showed him that I already paid online fully for my meal. Unprofessional and unwillingly to find a better solution.
