Danish are FrenchLight and airy like croissants. Crispy on the edges and soft and moist inside. Take these to the office and they will kill the whole box.

Paulette's bakery is great whether you're stopping in for a quick lunch or picking up one of their custom-made pies or cakes. Delicious every time don't forget to stop out on Fridays and get his takeout food if you don't feel like cooking. I recommend them to all my friends and family

The hours are actually as follows: Thursday 8am to 2pm, Friday 8am to 7pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm. Closed Sunday through Wednesday.The owner tried to change the hours on Google several times and it hasn't worked.

Best quiche I ever had!! crust was light flaky and filling was amazing- perfect amount of cheese not overly creamed and perfect on tastebud!!! Cannot wait to come back again NOTE**They are not opened every day during the week only on TH_F_SA

It's hard to pick a favorite bakery item because everything Alan makes is fabulous. His scones are the best I've ever had anywhere. His sticky buns are the stuff of legend. But the thing to try... If you ever have the chance is a still warm cherry danish. My timing has only allowed me to enjoy this amazing experience twice, but it haunts my dreams. I struggle to find adequate words to describe the wondrously perfect world that you'll slide into by eating a silky smooth, light, buttery, sweetly gooey, breakfasty "pastry taco" from heaven.

I'm not from around here but this place is the best bakery I have ever been to in this entire STATE. HIDDEN GEM. Service may be a little slow since it is a small shop and few employees but the front staff is very kind and friendly. In Love. Never going to any other cafe/bakery.
