Do not go here. This location used to be my go to Dunkin until they switched the management and everything went downhill. Employees are rude, food takes long to get ready and often times items are missing and the drinks are made differently everytime. I’ve waited 30 minutes for one item before. Now I go to the one on York Rd

Since the summer this has been my go to Dunkin. It is convenient for me since it's closest to work. I never have to wait in the drive thru. They are super nice there and it's very clean.

Awful service! This morning I was at the drive though and in the middle of my order (2drinks and 4 sandwiches), when I went back and restated my drink order requesting oat milk instead of regular milk. The lady who was taking my order said the drink had already been made. I explained that I was not done with my order yet and I that my daughter was allergic to milk and requested again for oat milk instead her latte. We had three cars before us in line. When I came to the pick up window, the woman said we had already made your drink with regular milk and now would have to throw it away. I informed her again that I needed oat milk because of her lactose intolerance. I specifically asked her if the latte she was giving me was made with oat milk. She said it was. My daughter drank the latte and had been really sick with excruciating stomach pain, diarrhea and nausea.

Beware if you order on the app. Placed my order and paid. When I get there I’m told they didn’t receive my order. The manager told me she would get in trouble for giving me the three donuts I paid for already. She if happened wouldn’t be able to do that again. Told me to deal with DD. It’s $4 but it’s the principle. What happened to customer service? I purchased food from your location and have a receipt you refuse to honor. That’s theft.

Very unhygienic. Employees handling food did not wear gloves. Food tasted off, and every time I went to this location my order was messed up.

The best Dunkin’ in the area. They make it a point to always get my order right. They’re friendly and got to know me by name. They always seem to be well staffed and even when the line is very long, they move fast. Shout out to the younger guy with the beard; he’s always helpful and in a good mood.Some advice though: ditch that raspy voiced kid who works in the evenings. He seems like a total sociopath.
