Every single time so far I have ordered the same two dishes. Pad thai and drunken noodles. Pad thai is okay, for taste I give 6 or 7 out of 10. But drunken noodle is anything but drunken noodle. Without miss every single time, the same bland taste. Very close to how Chinese Chow Fun is made, looks like that and tastes like that. They could advertise it as chow fun if they are making chow fun! This time when I ordered, I even told them to tell the chef to make with drunken noodle sauce and not chow fun sauce. Nothing has changed. Very very disappointed. If I had flat rice noodle, I could have whipped something up far superior and tasting like the genuine drunken noodle. Not sure how hard is it for an experienced chef to figure that out and make it! A youtube search for the recipe will get him what he wants. Just soy sauce, oyster sauce, thai basil, palm sugar, garlic and chillies that's it. I live in the area, unfortunately not many thai options around which is why I keep going back to ginger hoping one day they will fix their drunken noodle. Very sad, nothing ever changed ?

I ordered the lunch special which included a salad, soup (Tofu Tom Kar) and size-able entree (Sesame Seitan) for $10. My partner ordered the miso soup, spring roll, and avocado-cucumber sushi. The waitress was very kind and assured us that many of the listed items can be made vegan upon request. We loved everything we ordered and will likely return to try more of the menu!

Excellent food and service! My son and I went here for the first time. I had the mango roll it was so delicious! My son had the volcano roll he enjoyed his as well. The atmosphere was nice, friendly staff! I highly recommend Wild GingerIII will definitely be returning!

Food is always amazing, we come here every few weeks and it’s always consistently yummy! The service is great, we always feel very welcome and relaxed. Highly highly recommend!!
Vegetarian options: Golden Pond is sweet and salty fried tofu, it’s incredible!
The food is really good here...especially the satay beef and green curry. The restaurant can be very noisy when the place is busy. The Tom yam soup is really good too.

Dumpling soup was so salty we couldn't eat it and the broth was brown not clear broth. Our one entree was swimming in oil. And the other was dried out and no flavor..this use to be our go-to place but very disappointed with our last two orders.

Worth waiting for. The Pad Thai is out of this world with generous portions so the best I've had in such a long time. The price is very reasonable as well friendly staff.

After ordering a take out sushi from this place for 5 years, sadly witness a consistent downturn in food quality. Culmination was the last takeout order of sushi/sashimi combo for four. Slimy cucumbers in the salad, bland identical in taste fish (that I hope wasn't tilapia), 8 pieces of boiled shrimps (why would I want that in this quantity when ordering the set where a raw fish should be a highlight?), no shredded radish like before. While the rolls were ok, the rest of the food wasn't enjoyable at all and definitely wasn't worth the price tag.
