I ordered catering for my organization's annual Board Member Breakfast and was absolutely floored by the service and quality provided by Ketters. Not only was Jill an excellent help all around, but she was especially transparent about cost. Overall, the food was wonderful and all of our guests were extremely impressed. We will definitely continue to work with Ketters for our catering needs in the future.

Ketter’s has the best breakfast in the area. Their omelets and pancakes are phenomenal. There are only 2 poor things I can say about this place. 1st their hours are terrible and inconvenient for someone who works a normal schedule. I would eat there more often if they were open when I got off of work. 2nd, the service can be hit or miss. Jerry is a phenomenal waitress. Some of the younger lady’s are flat out not great. I have had to go up to the counter and ask for refills myself when I have the younger girls. They are just not attentive like Jerry and the other older lady. Overall, this place is phenomenal and I highly recommend them.
Wheelchair accessibility: Bathroom requires going up stairs. Very inconvenient. I could not take my Grandpap here for that reason.

Everything that I was hoping it would be: huge portion of hand cut home fries, delicious pancake, great coffee, and exceptional service and atmosphere. The breakfast menu is well assembled and loaded with standard options that I imagine are executed wonderfully. Put Ketter's on your must visit list, and add it to your rotation.

Parking: On street parking. Open parking lot 2 building down. It be there best interest to talk and try to make agreement with lot ownership . Bring a lot more people in to restrantant

so gross. everything is made from a can and the breakfast is unsanitary. the lady who cooks the breakfast does not wear gloves and cross contaminants everything. the owners do not care when brought to their attention. she touches raw meat then touches someone’s cooked meal to plate it. def would NOT recommend.

Went here for Father’s Day breakfast. Everything you could expect from a family owned small town diner. Food was great. Had the sausage gravy biscuits which can sometimes taste like they came from the can, these did NOT. They tasted fresh and delicious. The coffee was great. Food came quickly and service was great. Thank you for all you do for the community! ??

First time there will not be back. We were the only ones there and did took forever. The bill came and I was Overcharged by 6.50 so I questioned it. Waitress was gone over give minutes and brought back the correct total. Handed it to me the on a hand written receipt. I gave my credit card and after it was ran was told total was higher because I paid with card and the price she wrote was a cash price. What??? I asked where it says that and she replies if I gave you a register receipt it would have said that but I had to hand write it. I responded and said you should have told me that then and I would have paid cash. Seems to me they were just trying to make extra money with the hand written bill and wrong amounts!! Will never go back. Update: owner responded. Did not understand my issue. First handwritten check was $6.50 Overcharged. That was corrected and the new bill was$24.and change. Second check was correct but was not informed that if I pay cash it would be less so I was charged a higher price $25.+. when I questioned the waitress she responded by saying since it was handwritten, It did not tell me cash would be cheaper only ones printed from the register. I said she should have mentioned that when taking my card and I would have paid cash. No other restaurant I have been two charges two different prices. I understand very well about cc fees but was never informed of the price difference before paying. If I was, I would have paid cash!
I don't like to give bad reviews and try to give the benefit of the doubt. But I had two horrible experiences here. Once was they double charged my card. The machine asked you to put a tip in, but, it was having issues and she put the bill amount in for the tip. So it was $60 tip. I didn't know that's what happened until she wanted me to sign the receipt, and I asked why the tip was what the bill was - she said the owner would have to reimburse me for it, due to not being able to cancel the transaction.Today, I order lunch for myself while I was at work. (I work 2 mins from here.) The lady on the phone took my order and said they were busy and it'd be ready in 45 mins. I get there 45mins later (while I'm on my lunch break) and they have no knowledge of my order and even questioned if I called the correct place. I showed her my phone of me calling and what time. So, she went back the kitchen and they said they make my order. So, I had to wait while the made it and then had little to no time to eat my lunch, and they didn't even offer me discount on the mistake.

We waited a long time for coffee refill....had to seek it out ourselves. Then we finally asked where our food was....somehow the cooks never got our order!! We had to be somewhere so we could not wait any longer. No apologies from owner and she was there. We love going to diners but will not be going back to Ketter's in Jeannette sadly.
