I went to Applebee's grill & bar on November 18th, 2024 at 323 Old York Road in Jenkintown, PA 19046 and it was the worst dining experience I ever had. I dined at the bar and Alexis was the bartender. I ordered the big bacon cheeseburger and it took over an hour which is despicable. They should have gave me the burger for free! I was just about to walk out when it arrived. It was undercooked and tasted terribly. The bartender was incapable of telling the kitchen how I wanted it cooked. Then I just wanted to leave and gave the bartender a $100 to pay for my bill. She didn't bring me change for about 30 minutes and then I asked what happened to my change? and she gave me an extreme attitude and rolled her eyes. To add insult to injury she gave my change in 1's and 5's and conveniently shorted me a dollar. I guess Applebee's doesn't give change anymore and they always round it off to their advantage. It was clearly horrible and despicable that I had to wait over an hour for a lousy burger and then be given an extreme attitude by some ignorant bartender. I will never dine at a Applebee's Grill & Bar again. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Just a horrible, awful and terrible dining experience. I will be sending a formal complaint letter to Applebee's Grill & Bar corporate office. If I could leave a rating of no stars I would. There are better food establishments to frequent. Stay away!

My server Karla was amazing and very helpful! Did a great job and was very attentive to my needs. 10/10 for service. The food was ok, quesadilla had more onions than chicken it besides that the experience was great!

I will never go there again. Boneless wings were salty and not edible. One guest was served their entree. They finished before the other two guests received theirs. So we cancelled our order and left hungry.
