Service was slow and they weren't even busy. The waitress was miserable and slower than molasses. Regret not leaving when it took 10 minutes to be even seated and again....the place was empty. Food was mediocre. Never again. Applebees has gone down ever since they got rid of bangbang shrimp app.

The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff is exceptional—very attentive to the needs of the guests. The establishment is tidy, and it has a wonderful atmosphere. Alexus is incredibly friendly and makes everyone feel at home. She checks in on customers frequently to ensure everything is going well, and her warm personality shows that she truly enjoys her work. I've also seen her assist at the bar on occasion. This is an excellent place to visit, where everybody knows your name. Also big shout out to Jabari for his welcoming heart.

I recently visited Applebee’s at old york rd, Jenkintown.And had an excellent experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home.Especially the manager Rosie, he came over , introduced himself and had such a positive and friendly manner.10/10 would recommend and will be visiting soon!

I don’t typically write reviews. I believe good service is the standard, not something that needs to be praised. But in this case, I’m making an exception — because Jontae earned it.
From the moment I sat down, Jontae handled everything with precision. No delay, no confusion, no excuses. Drink came fast. Order was taken correctly the first time. Food was delivered hot. Refills showed up without me asking. That’s how it should be done.
What I appreciated most? Jontae didn’t waste time with over-the-top chatter or fake energy. Just solid, respectful service. Attentive without being overbearing. Handled a busy shift like a pro. Kept everything running smooth.
If more servers worked like Jontae, restaurants would run a lot better.
I’ll be back — and I’ll be asking for Jontae.

A The atmosphere is pleasant and not stressful, the waiters are friendly. The downside is that the floors are not very clean. Very convenient payment system, no waiting, last photo.
