I come to this Dunkin frequently before work as it’s very local to my job. I mobile order and it’s always there and hot when I arrive. Staff are very kind and when you’re a regular they remember you. I recommend this location!

It’s the lack of efficiency for me. Just watching certain orders fulfilled prior to those placed via rapid mobile was a clear indicator. There needs to be a level of accountability amongst franchise owners along with mandatory retraining if they’re representatives of a major brand. Price doesn’t always have to be an indicator of quality. I expect more from this brand based on trust.

I ordered a multigrain bagel with side of cream cheese. It took about 8 minutes to get the bagel which I didn’t mind. Upon getting my bagel and side of cream cheese. I noticed the cream cheese expired on October 20th and today being November 1st.
