The rooms were dark. The water fall rock area was poorly taken care of. The water was cloudy. The plants were dead. The waitress was very good. The cook was horrible. He had no skills. None. No show was given. He seasoned the food with butter and garlic butter. The fried rice had some soy. The tip is on the bill. Who would tip for this service. You would just not go there again. I will never. Go to the Hibachi in the Northeast Philadelphia. Total opposite.

The food was delicious, both the server and chef who served us were very amicable. Chef put on a good show cooking our food and we had a nice conversation as he did. Interior is beautiful, very well decorated, just a little dark, but we adjusted to it quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Not great. Waited a good 25 min when no one was in there. Looked liked it was run down from the last time I was in there. Bathroom was unusable. Honestly felt bad for the people working there. Food was good though, vibe was just bad and not at all what it use to be. Drinks meh. Might as well close down. Was our anniversary dinner and we were super disappointed. We rushed out of there and took most of our food home.

Been here multiple times. I had a group of 12 that I wanted to come. The woman answering the phone and I came in did not seem interested in taking us at all. You should have someone else answer the phone we went to another hibachi 30 minutes away. Donât think I will ever come back.

I want to be transparent. I walked in with no reservation. I was told it was a 45 min wait, which was fine with me and my party. 30 min later I was told they over booked and we would have to wait longer. The longer wait was also fine, then minutes later we were told we wouldnât be seated at all. I was trying to g to surprise my son for his birthday and this was disappointing. I may never try you guys again. I know mistakes happen but after sitting for so long and having to leave without service was disappointing.

Restaurantji Recommends
The food is very yummy, and the staff is very nice ! The place looks so creepy though, itâs very dark and almost half abandoned looking. Iâd recommend though. The fire , volcano was awesome

Not gonna lie, it felt a little dungeon-y. But in a good way. Like it felt like the setting for some really good japanese food as well as the perfect date night setting. We went on a sunday at 6pm. We were lucky enough to get sat at our own table with our own chef . Usually parties smaller than 8 would have to share a chef. So this felt perfect for our 2 year anniversary. The wait staff was fantastic and the chef was very professional. They made us feel like we were at home. We had the Japanese fried chicken, octopus balls, steak/scallops, and salmon/shrimp. All tasted fantastic. The octopus blew me away because i didnât know what to expect. It was probably the best taste appetizer. Donât let the name put you off. Youll want these in your mouth, no diddy. To drink, we had the hibachi cooler and south beach. The south beach was better but both were good. Overall fantastic experience. Parking was free as theyâre located in a shopping center and the location is easy to find. They have ample parking at the front and back of building. Although the back was where the actual front door is. Will definitely go again with a bigger group of friends!I spent $98 for me and my wife and tipped 20%. So definitely affordable for a semi-casual date night.
Parking: Ample parking in front and back of building
Kid-friendliness: Perfect seating for children
Wheelchair accessibility: Theres an elevator at the âfrontâ of the building that takes you to the floor of the restaurant.

Should have left when we walked in and they told us there were only2 cooks. Waited an hour to be seated, were given a salad and waited another 30 minutes.I have eaten at hibachi several times and the food was not prepared the normal way. No teriyaki sauce, no soy sauce, garlic, etc. Just salt and pepper. The cook was nice, but literally just cooked..no entertainment. He also mixed up my husband's chicken order and put it on someone else's plate (with their half eaten rice and vegetables). When the person said it wasn't his..the cook took it off the persons plate and put it on my husband's!!! There was no lobster, no filet, I never got the shrimp I ordered, the waiter never came back to give drinks . I could go on.. they should just close. There were boxes of supplies and possibly non perishable food and condiments all over the lobby. Our cook was very nice, but clearly wasnt normally a cook. What an experience..
