This evening, friday, 12/6/2024, it is 28 degrees in the region. The dedicated, nonstop effort of the only 2 (pleasant) employees on duty, that's [TWO] young men doing all they can to serve the many customers coming is remarkable. However, it is freezing in the restaurant. The employees have no ability to warm the cold air blowing out of the vents! The well cooked food becomes cold within minutes of being served. Management should either address the outrageous temperature issue or replace the system!
Went for Veterans day.. a little crowded To be expected. Veteran did not want free special offer.. Got an omelette, meat inside was old, cheese was hard. Blueberry pancakes compote Too thin, bad taste. Had to chase down waitress to pay I'm good...no more chances. I'll pass!!!

I was basically not even acknowledged. I had to interrupt a server who was on a rant with other employees just to get a menu. I said thank you.
It was very obvious to me from arriving into the IHOP that the staff was clearly ignoring me they were busy yelling at each other, talking back and forth trying to pretend like they didn't see me standing there.
I looked around and i noticed that the restaurant was not at full capacity however were a little busy so I understood that but what I did not understand was the level of not acknowledging a patriot.
Even the shift manager pretended that I was not there. He just continue what he was doing. I believe this is their way of not dealing with customers that have not been seated yet which should be an embarrassment to this establishment
People in the service industry (like myself) some want more pay but won't do the job that it takes to get more ,pay being professional is not one ended that means from beginning to end
So I just turned around place the menu down besides it was my birthday I had better things to do😊
Thank you to the owner, or etc. For the automated response!!! At this point I would never return to this IHop, I work to hard. Money spends every. Thank you.

Went with my wife she finished her meal before I recvd mine. When I got my meal it was cold and the gravy was microwaved half cold half hot. Asked to take off Bill and left. Not a great experience.

They had 1 table of customers when we arrived, and it took them almost 10 minutes to even realize we were standing there waiting to be seated. The table they sat us at was sticky, as well as the back of the booth. I love the poblano omelets usually, but this one came out cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. The avocado was not even close to ripe (very firm) and felt like it just came out of the fridge. The maple syrup at our table was watery (wound up using one from another table). The restaurant itself was very cold; the only heated areas were tge waiting area and the restroom.
Food was horrible! Everything was cold, the chef looked liked he had his family there with him in the kitchen. Never again DISGUSTING!

Crepes were oily and burnt. It was inedible but i hate sending food back and wasting. The manager noticed so she insisted on giving us a new order. That was undercooked but we said it was fine and just took it hope and threw it in the pan to cook them again. Our server Dana I think her name was, was very good. The general manager was nice so the staff were all nice but food not so nice.
