When we first entered the restaurant we were greeted by a foul odor the waitress was unprofessional and the food was bad the decor was dirty. I had to clean my table twice and I spent 60$!!! And the food was bad I will NOT be stepping foot in this IHOP ever again. Oh the service was bad we had to keep asking for things that should have been on the table. I don’t have the time to elaborate in detail but I think you get it.

Stopped by this IHOP and—according to the signage—it’s open. But stepping inside told a different story. Debris scattered across the floor, a ladder propped against the wall, and not a single soul in sight. No staff, no customers, no greeting. Just silence and a strange sense of being somewhere forgotten. I didn’t order anything and didn’t stick around to find out if food was even available. If this place is still operating, it’s doing a great job hiding it.
For me it was the tables was dirty and the coffee cups where dirty besides that service was good. The young lady who took care of us was very polite and friendly. She gave me a wet towel with sanitizer so I wasn’t mad about it.
Places needs a deep cleaning floors needs to be polish it’s all.

I had no idea I have was 24 hours! I came with my family in the afternoon. IHOP will always be a classic favorite. Our server was very kind and attentive. The food was good.

A family-friendly place. My family and I waited a long time for our food. My meal was good, breakfast sampler. My guests weren't satisfied with their meals. The steak omelet was dry, and the meat was hard. The waffle was served cold. I'm not sure I will return to this IHOP. I like the IHOP at Roosevelt and Adam Ave in Philadelphia, Pa.

Worst place I’ve ever eaten. Gina was our server and she was horrible. She never came to check on us. She never brought us refills. She was nowhere to be found. The food was cold and disgusting. The restaurant wasn’t even super busy at the time. We went to ihop for a quick brunch. She took a long time just to bring us our drinks which was a water and lemonade. She didn’t bring it until she overheard us talking about how long it’s taking for a drink. And it was served out of paper cups. Then she took a very long time just to come take our order. When we finally received our food, the onion rings were cold and soggy. The beef fried steak was chewy and flavorless. The chicken biscuit sandwich, the biscuit was dry and was falling apart. It couldn’t be eaten as a sandwich. My mash potatoes were cold and disgusting. The gravy was completely cold. And even after telling the waitress the gravy was cold, she still came back with cold gravy again. During our whole meal the waitress didn’t check on us once, we had to grab her attention just to get the gravy heated up. The next time we saw her we had to grab her attention for the check. She didn’t ask how our food was, she didn’t check on us not once. We needed refills and she was nowhere to be found. This was genuinely the worst experience I’ve had, along with the worst food I’ve ever had. I could get better food from a fast food place like McDonalds

My first experience here was awful. I waited without any greeting. That was about 8 months ago.
Today, I decided to give this location a second chance. Upon entering, an awful smell of urine hit me. I stood there for about 5 minutes with no greeting. A few minutes later, a gentleman asked if I was dining in, and I responded, “Yes, for 2.” No further acknowledgment was given to us (I was with my 87-year-old mother). We stood there for a few more seconds, and I decided to leave, refusing to go through the same horrible experience as before.
This location needs major improvement from cleanliness to customer service.
I’ve received much better service at the Philadelphia location off the Blvd. Maybe management should visit that team and collaborate to see what areas they are excelling in that this location is not.
Coffee was cold. There was water dripping from the ceiling on the table where I was seated and the floor. Paid with cash they kept the receipt and the change. When I asked for the receipt and change, I was told that they don't give change back if it's under 50cents. I think they should have asked if I wanted change back. Very dissatisfied customer!

I went to have breakfast at IHOP this morning in Jenkintown. When I walked in to be seated the hostess was very angry and gave me a lot of attitude. Then, I was waiting for a waitress for over 30 minutes And just walked out. No wonder why they only had two tables with customers. Just a horrible experience. I also went to borrow a phone last winter and I returned it when I was done and one of their employees was running after me down the street threatening me. When he realized I returned the phone he never even apologized to me. The experience I had today was awful and horrible. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Stay away!
