IHOP on old york Rd. Jenkintown should be ashamed of themselves. You’re gonna wait at least 30 to 40 minutes just for them to even bring you coffee. We stood there with everybody staring at us for about 10 minutes before they even said anything then after being Seated they still didn’t come take our orders for about another 10 minutes then took another 15 minutes just to bring the coffee to the table. very unorganized food brought out not even hot, one cook, all workers looking frustrated and mad horrible experience yesterday trying to go out and have breakfast with my family. To top it all off this is no lie. My family and I watched at least four tables of people walk out because they were waiting so long one lady just said I’ll pay for my coffee. Goodbye.

I was there on a cold day, when the heat was not adequate. Dawn, the hostess, informed us of this, at the front door . The entire staff were very friendly. Cashmere, manager, made the visit enjoyable. She was professional and polite. That's a real plus! I plan to revisit.

I recently visited this restaurant and I had a very bad experience. The food is not up to standard white egg omelette was not PROPERLY COOKED as well as the TURKEY sausage that I was told that was the only sausage that they had for ACCOMMODATION. in addition to that I was charged $12.57 for a $7.00 BREAKFAST COMBO. Was charged for the eggs and the sausage that was supposed to be a part of the combo, I am confused. To add to that was leaving and went to the LADIES room. it was a mess and smelled of strong urine for a WOMENS bathroom and had no tissue. it was a bad experience which reminded me to continue to eat from HOME and to always check my RECEIPT BEFORE leaving these kind of places.

Generally I love IHOP, great pancakes and breakfast at fair prices. The staff at this IHOP are friendly and fast, despite being overworked. But the place is a bit dated, run down, and could be much cleaner.

Took family here on a cold morning. They were shocked how run down and dirty it was compared to their home IHOP. Seated promptly but the place was freezing. Everything kept their parkas on. Turns out the heat is “broken.” After waiting 10 minutes with no service, decided to bail and go to a diner that has heat and offers coffee one minute after seated.
Please put this restaurant out of its misery.

Half the restaurant is empty yet you have to wait 10 minutes for a server to finally come and seat u down, again half the restaurant is empty so why is my omelette taking 35 minutes to get ready, again half the restaurant is empty so why do I have to wait 10 minutes before ordering. I love the service at this location . The waitress was very attentive . My food was very good. My husband enjoyed his food as well
Made a to go order and had to wait almost an hour and a half for food prior to ordering in on the app with a 30 min grace period. Food was also cold I paid extra for cheese no cheese. Pancakes were made terrible, also the service was terrible employees with attitudes when asked about orders very unprofessional. Was not very happy with anything.

When we first entered the restaurant we were greeted by a foul odor the waitress was unprofessional and the food was bad the decor was dirty. I had to clean my table twice and I spent 60$!!! And the food was bad I will NOT be stepping foot in this IHOP ever again. Oh the service was bad we had to keep asking for things that should have been on the table. I don’t have the time to elaborate in detail but I think you get it.

Stopped by this IHOP and—according to the signage—it’s open. But stepping inside told a different story. Debris scattered across the floor, a ladder propped against the wall, and not a single soul in sight. No staff, no customers, no greeting. Just silence and a strange sense of being somewhere forgotten. I didn’t order anything and didn’t stick around to find out if food was even available. If this place is still operating, it’s doing a great job hiding it.
