When I called for a pickup at 5:08pm the girl told me 25 mins. Got there in 15 mins. When I got there the girl said it’ll be another 10-15 minutes. I said cool and waited. After giving them a solid 25 minutes I asked again if the order was ready. I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes. Finally got my pizza at 5:57pm and the order was wrong. I didn’t tell them it was wrong because I didn’t want to wait any longer. I get mistakes happen and it was busy but they should be giving people realistic waiting times.

I was dining in and was nearing closing time when the lady at the front decided to sarcastically speak to another employee about how her mother made her a beautiful dinner and wanted her “long” shift to end as my friends and I were till eating. Her intent was fully for us to leave so she could go home which is completely disrespectful. It was rude and obnoxious. I have been a long time customer and now disgusted and will not be returning. Very disappointed and do not recommend!

Jules is *the* pizza place everyone should try - they've got phenomenal, unique (and healthy!) pizzas; a great team; and the mindfulness to do fundraisers for various causes/needs. I consider Jules Jenkintown to be an important part of the community, actually - I learned recently that they take the leftover food at night and give it to the homeless (I can't stand when restaurants don't do this but that's a topic for another day - I care deeply about that issue, and it's worth noting here). Everything is organic, local/fresh, delicious and affordable. It's family friendly and the team is always willing to help if there's an issue. Rob is the man! He's got a heart of gold and works especially hard. If you're in the area and haven't tried them yet, you're missing out! Vegetarian and GF options available.
Vegetarian options: There are signs with the name of each type of pizza as well as all the ingredients. You can add spices at one of their stations, and they have a water dispenser with cups if you don't want to purchase a drink.
Dietary restrictions: GF crust available.
Kid-friendliness: Kids/families come here all the time! You even have the option of having your pizza slices cut 'kid style' (smaller pieces).
Wheelchair accessibility: The tables, chairs, and spaciousness in Jules makes wheelchair accessibility easy inside, and there's outdoor seating that's wheelchair accessible (there's an incline from the parking lot the plaza has by the handicap parking spots). The door is a typical glass door - pull to enter, push to exit - and has no automatic button to self-open.

The Doylestown location is a staple for me and guests I have in town. The service is impeccable when it comes to food-allergies and everything else! The staff are always bright and happy to serve you and help. Clean location. I enjoy eating outside on the patio. Strongly recommend Jules in general, but the Doylestown store has my heart! Thank y’all so much for always making my pizza right ❣️

Been awhile since I was here.Pizza is pretty good and you can eat inside or outside. Can stay as long as you want, w/o feeling like you're talking up a server's table(it's counter order and pickup)Pricing isn't too bad considering.
