Customer service is fantastic. They went above and beyond when I accidentally placed an incorrect order online. Also the pies were hot and delicious. Will absolutely be returning in the future.
So this is my 3rd time at Jules in about 2 weeks. I love the variety of slices they have but the crust tastes like frozen crust or premade crust. It’s not authentic freshly hand stretch pizza. Also because the pizza display is open completely I have seen flies on the pizza. That’s not good
The food has gone down and the price has gone up. $20 for 4 pieces is the most wildddd thing ever. They warmed up my slice and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It used to be really good. Now it’s mid. I went because my mom likes it and she paid
