Service and food was great

Never a bad meal.

I ordered curbside pickup tonight from Jenkintown location Longhorn Steakhouse so disappointed. They forgot the sweet potato. I ordered chopped steak medium. It was smashed and well done. The parmesan mushroom appetizer is good but so salty and French onion soup so salty. So disappointing.

Liam was super kind, gracious and helpful. It was a pleasure having him serve us, and we will definitely ask for him when we go back. Thanks Liam.

This was not my first time here, however this will not be my first choice. We had the spicy chicken bites for an appetizer, they were good. Our entree was warm not hot and chicken was over done, on a good note my filet was edible.

Went to this LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner for the first time. We were greeted by hostess who walked us to our table. Our waiter was Jeffrey, who was polite and did a great job.

The overall cleanliness of the restaurant will leave to be desired better. The wall and lamp on the wall is covered with dust and stains among other things. You can see it on the picture.

The 2 Ribeyes that we ordered, couldn’t look much more different from each other. One was about 3/4” thick and looked like a snowman with lots of connecting tissue that I had to cut off, the other one was flat about 1/4” thick like a shoe sole. Not even sure they were Ribeyes…

On the way out hostess was too busy chatting with her friend. Looked at us briefly on the way out and did not think it was necessary to say thank you and good bye.

One of those places that you only visit once.

I ordered the Ribeye. It was delicious as was the salad, the spinach dip and sides. Our server, Alina was tops!
I will be coming here again.
