I love this place! The donuts, Korean style corn dogs, and bubble tea are always top notch. The interior is a bit bland but is always clean. The service and food are amazing. Nothing else I’ve tried in the Philly area comes close.
Bought six donuts yesterday they were unsatisfactory very disappointed for a mochi donut spot taste like the oil they used was weeks old !!! Bought a half mozzarella and beef corn dog and it was burnt had to get a refund. Worst mochi donut place I’ve very visited and looked unsanitary. Wish I could get my whole refund back
Said it was open. Went inside and the whole place was empty like it was abandoned. No food drinks or people. Weird

I loved this place when I used to live in the area. I happened to be in town and decided to get some mochi donuts for nostalgia’s sake. Upon entering, I noticed how dirty the place was. It took a few minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen and take my order. There was no donuts on the shelf but the person taking my order said they were right about to come out. Cool, I can wait. It took FIFTEN MINUTES for the donuts to come out. If I knew it would take that long, I would have left. While I was waiting for my order, I decided to use the restroom. Not only was it dirty, but there was poop smeared on the side of the toilet. It was disgusting.
The person waiting on me wasn’t friendly at all. In fact, she seemed so disinterested in serving me, that I felt like I interrupted whatever was going on in the kitchen. Also, she didn’t even get my donut order right. I ordered a 6 dozen including: Oreo, Nutella, two strawberries, Cinnamon, matcha, and a glazed… The matcha was specifically for me and I didn’t even get it… looks like I got taro instead maybe?
Onto the appearance of the donuts. They’re barely frosted and they look so sloppy. The donuts looked much more appetizing a few years ago. If you’re wondering how they tasted, they tasted HORRIBLE. They don’t taste anything like they used too. I took a bite and instantly noticed how bitter the dough tasted. I couldn’t even eat a full donut cause I started to gag on it it tasted sooo bad. It also had a very nasty after taste that lingers for awhile…
As for the bubble tea I got? I wanted Thai milk tea but they were out. It wasn’t a problem. I came in the middle of the day and I know thai is popular. I got an oolong milk tea instead… and I regretted ordering a drink at all. It had next to no sugar in it. It tasted like tea and milk with the essence of sugar. I’m not a fan of overly sweet bubble tea, but this was so bitter, I ended up dumping it down the drain.
I don’t think I would ever stop by again. I was so disappointed with the cleanliness, service, and food. If I had a time machine, I would literally stop myself from going. Definitely not worth the money. Save yourself the time and money. 🤷♀️
The franchise it's self is great, but this location is awful. Customer service sucks and that's even if they're actually open. Despite what Google says the last 3 times I have been here they are closed at 2 o'clock in the afternoon despite Google saying they updated hours 2 weeks ago. So frustrating!
Idk what it is but I can’t stand the boba milk teas from here . They taste artificial or something but I love the wings and mochi donuts are nice once in awhile !
This is a real gem of a donut store. The rice flour makes the donuts so much lighter than other donuts but they still full of flavor. They have a wonderful selection and I wish I would have taken a few pictures but they are so good I couldn’t wait to eat them.
The customer service is exceptional. Privately owned and managed by a nice Korean family. I haven’t tried their bubble tea yet but I’m looking forward to it.
It’s definitely worth stopping by for fresh donuts daily.

The donuts were amazings. The Taro and Matcha ones were my family's favorite. And the mango milk tea was some of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to come back for more!

The donuts are good but they take 30 minutes to make an order past morning time. 30 minute wait is a bit annoying and unexpected.

I love the mango fruit milk tea. It's more milk and mango taste than tea. Other places taste like straight tea. Very addictive. Prices are fair.
