Claimed they didn't have a certain dish available although it was available on their doordash at the same time. Gave us a nearly empty bottle of soy sauce that ran out midway through our meal. The food is very good however the service was atrocious.

Food was good but nothing exceptional..service was slow this wasn't an issue and I still tipped 20% by selecting the top amount with a check (see photo). I used my corporate card since I was traveling for work, which is the only reason I noticed the server gave themselves a better tip. My credit card was charged $43.94 giving themselves a $13 tip on a bill that was $30.74. I'm not going to sweat it and I'll leave the servers name off as a courtesy, however it did prompt me to write this review and I definitely won't return.

Worst sushi ever. Gas station sushi would’ve been better. For the first round of sushi there was only a sliver of actual avocado. In the second the avocado was so hard and unripe I spit it out immediately. And the seaweed was soggy and chewy. I’m sorry. I love sushi but suffering through that was awful. Especially for the price. It was ridiculous.

Ordered take out. Food was not good. Calamari was over fried and dry. Received less sushi than what was paid for. Avocado in the rolls were not ripe, salmon was warm. Overall not appetizing. Shrimp fried rice had no flavor and had an unappealing aroma. Threw away half of the food. Will not go back. Waste of money!

Great service, very friendly and the hospitality is top notch.
The food was great, we had the bluefin nigiri, shrimp shumei, tandoori bao, chicken maki, and shrimp donburi. All were fantastic and very flavourful and didn't take long to get the orders out at all.
When we went in we were the only people but we went after the lunch and before dinner so we didn't get the sense of how it is when it's busier but if you want to go when there's less traffic then that window would be a good time to aim for.

LOW QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE. I am horrified at the lack of customer service I received in trying to address the poor quality food I ordered that I had to discard. I come from the food services industry and generally have a lot of patience, empathy, and tolerance for sub par service. Unfortunately after multiple attempts at trying to reach to manager to reconcile my concerns about my recent order, I’ve been left with no choice but to write a candid review. I ordered take out sushi from here and the rice they used was a salt bomb. I am not sure how something could be this salty unless it was an accident or they were trying to preserve and extend shelf life of old rice. I usually LOVE my food salty but this was unpalatable and I composted my entire order. The restaurant was also incredibly messy and empty; every table had neglected old plates and flatware but only 1 customer was in the facility. Maybe they are short staffed and cutting corners, but I called the restaurant multiple times over a week and was provided the same answer every single time, “the manager is not here, he will call you tomorrow”. I’m now a week out and still cannot get a hold of the manager to refund my order. The order was pretty pricey and the quality was terrible. $10 for 6 pieces of Maki; I expected more.
Decent Sushi place. Not the best I’ve had, but if you’re craving Sushi it’ll work. I’d go again.
