We placed a takeout order from Outback through DoorDash. When we arrived at the restaurant, the app still didn’t even show that the order was ready, but since it was taking so long, we went inside to check. To our surprise, the order had been ready for quite some time.
When we got home, the food was completely cold. On top of that, the bag was covered in soup that had leaked because the containers were not properly closed. There was soup all over the bag and even inside my husband’s steak.
To make things worse, the steak was extremely hard, like a piece of wood, overcooked and burnt, impossible to eat.
It was a terrible experience, from the food quality to the careless packaging. We will definitely never order from this restaurant again.

Food was so bad I feel like I’m going to be sick. Our steaks were raw and the mash potatoes were ice cold. They offered to warm them up and brought the mash out with hot sour cream. Waiter was really nice and tried his best.

Not a good meal. I went with my father. Steak was ok. Sides came out ice cold. The waiter told us they were short staffed. There were only two other tables seated when we went. I feel bad saying this, but our server really struggled remembering our order. A party of 2. This wasn't a cheap meal, and I'm surprised our experience was so subpar. Save your money, Longhorns right up the street.
