Quiet and decent place to grab a bite. Plenty of people come here to get lunch and just do work. The food is decently priced for panera, it’s not nasty either. Wide variety and standard menu for food and bakery too

Placed my order at the kiosk to go. Got home no chicken on my salad when I added it and paid extra for. And the portion size was the size of a half salad not a whole. The autumn squash soup was good.

Why don't they wear aprons and head caps when they cook. their hair is loose and they touch their phones while cooking. I'm disgusted to eat only coffee

I placed a group order today for 9 people. When I got back to the office, I discovered that 1 of the 9 meals was not inside the bag, even though the outside of the bag was marked that a quality assurance check had been done. I called Panera to inform them that I was missing one of the meals and after waiting on hold, I was hung up on. I was finally able to get through to someone and they informed me I could come back and pick up my food or receive a refund. I chose to go back and pick up the missing meal. When I got to the store, I informed them why I was there and the manager proceeded to roll her eyes at me because she gave the sandwich away to someone else she thought was me. They did remake it again… but incorrectly. I will not be going back to this Panera.

I order through the Panera bread app and I customize the sandwiches I got and they arrive I customized. A total disregard for my options and money, but a worker did call about inputting a new dessert option because the one I selected was out of stock. Overall I wouldn’t order from them again for the disregard of my customization selections which I paid more money for. Also I almost forgot, their half salad portion is half of what I usually receive at any other Panera. If they put 2 of their half salads together it would equal a normal half salad.
Dietary restrictions: They disregarded my customization, if they didn’t have the items I should have been refunded
