I came to this location several times, it’s not a good place to eat in or out most of the staff( Not All) is not so pleasant which is a concern with making my food and I don’t think anybody care. I will not be going back ever I think people should have a better attitude with jobs they apply for or just resign if that not what you care to do.

It's only a matter of time before they close all locations. Was sold to a private equity company, it's coming! No fresh made items, dirty, ridiculous pricing for the quality.
The staff prepares sloppy sandwiches. Someone should keep an eye on quality control food.

I was in this store this morning, which I am a regular customer, my order is the same EVERYTIME Steak & Wake, NO EGG, this time EGG & NO STEAK. I am at work already upset & was upset further by this Manager SHAMAR'S nasty attitude. This happened to me only ONCE before & the manager was apologetic & offered.e a refund or another sandwich. This Shamar person, no apology, did offer to remake the sandwich but when I said I wanted a refund he said no because on the receipt it said No Steak.
First time there in a long time. Staff was friendly and efficient. I had a sandwich, soup, and a salad. All were excellent. I'll be back again.

Honestly disturbed by the lack of customer service here especially by the manager. No where is it displayed either online or in person that you get the “cup” amount of soup when ordering a “bread bowl”. When asked about the difference in the soup given in a “bowl” and “bread bowl” I was told that no one else asked about it before as if that meant my asking about it was somehow valued less. If I’m paying $10 for a soup I have every right to question if I’m getting the full amount and shouldn’t be looked at sideways just because other people don’t care about the money they’re spending after working hard for it. If you’re going to give out cup sizes call it a “bread cup” and not a “bread bowl” making your customers think that they’re getting more than they really are.

This location has gone so far downhill that it's almost frightening. The service at the main ordering counter is fine. The coffee in the stand alone thermosist was ice cold and the tables are dirty with crusted food as well as hair. No one cleans up after customers leave. I plan on never coming back again.

The food is fine, the service is even fine just don't expect to receive your order on-time if you order ahead. I typically order before heading into work and it's never ready at the specified time. I'm usually waiting an additional 10-15 minutes longer. My order said it would be ready around 6:39, i received a message that my order was behind at 6:45. I didn't get my food until 6:53. Overall, the staff are friendly but just make sure to order week ahead of time
