Today my wife and I went to panera for the first time in about 3 years. Out of the gate 2 of the 4 touch screens to order did not work. I ordered hot tea and there was none. I don’t say this lightly: the food was disgusting. The quality of the food was bad and somehow the taste was worse. It cost $30 for two orders of a half sandwich and half salad. The salad was visibly wilted and red. The salad also tasted like it wasn’t cleaned. The sandwiches were just bad. The menu seemed to remove a lot of the options that we liked in the past. I wouldn’t recommend this panera or any panera to my worst enemy. Every single chain restaurant we go to is cheaper and better. I wish words could actually do justice to how bad this meal was.
This one has slipped in service and quality. I didn't get my baguette or utensils with my order. The week before I had to throw away half of my salad because the greenery was wilted and brown. I will be looking for another location to go to.

This place is a joke. It’s a shame because I used to love Panera. Drove home and half my order wasn’t even in the bag. That’s ok mistakes happen but when I call the place 6 times and try 3 different extensions to try and remedy the situation and no one picks up that’s when you lost me.

This used to be my go-to place for lunch, but they have now changed the recipe/system for all the bread used in their recipes. Bread starts from a frozen dough that they buy and not freshly baked in-house as it used to be. You can taste the difference in every single item, and not in a good way. Will be moving on to another local restaurant for lunch. For me, it's that much of a difference in taste. Based on what I've read, this new system has been or will be implemented in all locations; it just took a while to reach this one.

I don't usually write reviews but this place is genuinely filthy & one of the service workers was pretentious! Pls go visit the red lion rd location for more iced coffee drink variety & cleanliness.

I came to this location several times, it’s not a good place to eat in or out most of the staff( Not All) is not so pleasant which is a concern with making my food and I don’t think anybody care. I will not be going back ever I think people should have a better attitude with jobs they apply for or just resign if that not what you care to do.

It's only a matter of time before they close all locations. Was sold to a private equity company, it's coming! No fresh made items, dirty, ridiculous pricing for the quality.
The staff prepares sloppy sandwiches. Someone should keep an eye on quality control food.

I was there for an interview for another place and they let me stay there without buying anything I've had there food before it was soon good
