This one has slipped in service and quality. I didn't get my baguette or utensils with my order. The week before I had to throw away half of my salad because the greenery was wilted and brown. I will be looking for another location to go to.
This used to be my go-to place for lunch, but they have now changed the recipe/system for all the bread used in their recipes. Bread starts from a frozen dough that they buy and not freshly baked in-house as it used to be. You can taste the difference in every single item, and not in a good way. Will be moving on to another local restaurant for lunch. For me, it's that much of a difference in taste. Based on what I've read, this new system has been or will be implemented...
I was in this store this morning, which I am a regular customer, my order is the same EVERYTIME Steak & Wake, NO EGG, this time EGG & NO STEAK. I am at work already upset & was upset further by this Manager SHAMAR'S nasty attitude. This happened to me only ONCE before & the manager was apologetic & offered.e a refund or another sandwich.
