I had the best experience yet when it comes to Qdoba Mexican eat, The service was phenomenal the manager, Anna was one of the nicest most helpful managers I have yet to come across. She walked me through every item gave suggestions and I ended up having the best bowl ever I highly recommend this location to anyone and I absolutely will be back. Thank you Anna and the team for the amazing service clean restaurant and fresh food.
I went it around 2:30 pm on Sunday had just finished shopping at Burlington and hadnt eaten all day. A shorter african american woman helped me. She immediately came over and asked if I needed assistance. She was very friendly and welcoming. She also was very knowledgeable if the products and even let me sample some soup- which I was so shocked they sold! I was hit by a car 9 months ago and hav been recuperating. I had such a great experience at Qdoba thanks to Byshan. He was friendly, attentive, and very professional. I really appreciated that he even changed his gloves while making my food — it showed how much he cares about doing his job the right way. It’s rare to find customer service like this, and Qdoba is lucky to have him. We definitely need more people like Byshan!
