This place doesn't shovel or salt their own sidewalks or parking lot when it snows. 24 hours after the recent snow/ice storm and their sidewalk and property was an ice rink. Gotta do better or someone is gonna hurt themselves.

While I was ordering my food, the machine is very loud. It’s black and it’ll take a lot of and the cashier did not hear me correctly that I had to repeatedly fix myself and I feel louder over the machine while ordering my food and then I hear her basically talking shit and damn I hear you ain’t gotta speak louder into the mic and I heard her I find that very disrespectful because at the end of the day I clearly wanted to make sure that you have my order correct I don’t appreciate that especially when I’m spending $13 on a smoothie this smoothie king is in Jenkinstown on York rd

Anytime I come after 5, it's an extremely long wait time, out of ingredients, or they closed early. I like smoothie king but this one is very unreliable and you could often waste gas coming to this one

Every time I go, the person working has an attitude. It doesn’t matter if it’s 5 o’clock in the afternoon or 8 o’clock at night there’s always a young girl who is stressed out the banging stuff around and hates her job. The last time I tried to go here I waited for 10 minutes in the drive-through pulled out of the drive-through and then went into the lobby waited five more minutes and still didn’t get acknowledged So I walked out

The girl in the drive through sucks , worst smoothie King exp ever , no thank you doesn’t even wanna talk to you when inquiring about product came through the drive thru asked about the new watermelon drink first she kept ignoring then told me I should come inside to see come inside’s I see Nothing helping me she didn’t say a word to assistance the other girl on the register end up explaining , the drive thru girl made my smoothie and left smoothie all over my cup never said have a nice or anything as I cleaned My cup off she’s rude and has a bad attitude
