Food and service were great, but I went in with a gift card expecting a low cost evening out. They said their computer was “too old” to process the gift card, so we ended up having to pay the whole bill and were embarrassed to have our guests chip in as well. They said it should work when the install their new system, but way to spoil a night out.

Second time there. The nachos are the best and tou get alot!!. Nice ambiance. Indoor and outdoor eating. We were gretted and seated right away. Our Server Gia was the best. She was energetic. Very pleasant, friemdly, attentive and knew the menu.

This was our second visit to Drakes. We had a great first visit about 4 months ago but not so good this visit. We were seated and waited a longer than usual time before waiter came to table. He brought water but never took drink or appetizer order. Later one of the staff noticed we had not ordered food and tracked the waiter down for that. Side salad didn’t come out first but came with food and chicken quesadillas was missing the chicken. They eventually came out with chicken and two milkshakes on the house. We will be spending a lot of time in Willow Grove the next four years but probably will not go back to Drakes.

Baby back ribs came with corn bread, corn on the cob, and fries. I was so full I couldn't eat the fries but everything else was really good! Server was very helpful (it was our first time there). Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Drake Tavern. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and fun - it was Trivia night. Best of all was our waiter - Bill - who really made our entire experience at the Drake even better. His service was outstanding, his suggestions for food choices were perfect, and his friendliness made us feel like regulars even though this was our first visit. And a special shout out to Andy, the Manager, who was warm and gracious as well! We will be back for sure.

I had eaten at Drakes several times before, but hadn’t been there in a while (a year), as I wasn’t so thrilled with the service in past years. This visit changed my mind completely. I’m so glad I gave it another chance. I came with a friend for an early dinner (5:00?). Our server was busy and alone with maybe 6 other tables, but he came right over to say hello. He was extremely personable, telling us his name (Josh) and welcoming us. When he came back to attend to us, and to tell us the specials, he was exceptionally friendly, competent and well-spoken. We changed what we planned to order and the two of us ordered the special instead (Spring salad special with shrimp, goat cheese and strawberries). So glad we did. It was an awesome salad, with high quality ingredients-you can taste that difference. Again, I hadn't been there in months and this was an awesome experience. Loved how Josh made eye contact, and spoke clearly and happily. I can’t stand an unmotivated server. We will definitely be back soon to enjoy the positive vibes of “Drake and Josh” (iykyk)!

First of all hostess kept us waiting then said sit anywhere, she dropped off 2 utensils 2 napkins and 1 menu and ignored my husband we left. She didn't ask for drink order nothing! EXTRA rude!
