I’ve never left a comment on any restaurant before, especially having worked years in the industry. We’ve been ordering from Upper Crust for years and have let it slide lately as our orders have been wrong or off, time and time again. Tonight we ordered a Mediterranean wrap and a side house salad, and were confused when the total was over $18 because a side salad is listed on the online menu for $4. We were told upon picking it up that the online menu was wrong (never heard this before) and the small side salad was now the price of the large, full-sized salads. If the menu on your website has incorrect prices, you should either take down the menu or honor those prices. Then when I bit into the wrap it tasted a little funny so I pulled out the eggplant and it looked, smelled, and tasted wrong. People in Jenkintown are proud to support our local businesses, but this one is a toughie.

Pat and I had a very enjoyable lunch at Upper Crust. Pat had their Italian grinder. I had an anitpasta salad and an order of very meaty wings in sweet and sour sauce.

$18 for a plain cheese pizza?!?! it's the same size as everyone else and way more expensive. I just got a plain pizza, plain fries, and mozzarella sticks and my bill was over $30. hell no. never again.

The food is ok but I haven't been pleased with the delivery service lately. We normally wait by the door when expecting an order and get to the door rather quickly. However, these guys walk up, ring the door bell and immediately put the food down (I've watched them do it on the Ring camera several times). Instead of waiting for the customer to arrive to the door like a normal deliveryman. Luckily we have a bench outside otherwise it would be left on the ground. I believe they pick and choose which customers they do this with, so I started ordering from pizza shops that hand me the food in my hand.

stopped in for a quick slice and to watch the eagles game. owner was very nice and even took time to chat with while he was on his way to make some deliveries. service was great and the food was delicious. will definitely be back.

I waited 45 minutes because I thought my pizza was on the way. I was emailed that I was refunded $4, so, thinking they refunded an ice scream that I ordered, I thought the pizza was still coming ( the order said work in progress online). They never specified why I was being refunded or that the order was cancelled. When I checkedmy bank, I saw that they refunded me the whole amount. Overall, not impressed by the lack of communication.UPDATE: they charged my credit card later even though they cancelled the order. I won’t try to order from them again

Very relaxing and plenty of parking. Staff was wonderful and just the right amount of service!!!
The pizza was breadier than I expected, the veggie toppings were bland and the cheese was scarce.
Excellent food. Clean place. Courteous employees. Nothing not to like at this place.
