The Grill At The Highlands

I had the most delicious Chicken Francaise at the Club at the Highlands tonight, accompanied by mashed potatoes and zucchini superbly prepared and artfully presented. The sauce was to die for! I had a generous side salad that came with my meal. My companion had the round Archbald pizza that was a considerable size for a very reasonable $12! We both enjoyed an Alligash draft beer. It was a quiet night, the dining room was comfortable with a nice ambience and our very attentive server took care of us quickly. All in all, we thought the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. We enjoyed our meal at The Highlands very, very much!

Went there to see a band and ordered an Italian Stromboli. It was awfully. Ordered appetizers and they were terrible. Food here was bad years ago and even worse now. Will never order food here again!

I go to The Highlands to hear the bands, but every time I have gone and ordered food, it's taken an hour and a half to two hours to get it and 97% of the time it's burnt. I order the food as soon as I get there but everyone that orders after me always seem to get there food first. I like the bands but I think I will start to go and listen to them somewhere else.

I go to Highlands quite often on Friday and Saturday nights to hear bands and dance. Food is very good. Service is awful! They never have enough staff. Sometimes you don’t even get waited on!! Takes a long time for food to get to your table. It’s a shame because it is such a nice place!

Ordered drinks were told they were $8 which was fine but when we got the tab they charged $5 for the use of the glass every time. 13 $ a drink. Never heard of this. Crazy. Never again

Overall a pleasant experience, the food was cooked correctly, the staff were friendly, prices weren't unreasonable but could have been a little better and the food was even prepared nice ?.

Poor management no one knows what tables there suppose to wait on.Waited 2hrs just to get a drink.Food is average sometimes good other times undercooked

Went to the Highlands for the first time. Food was okay, nothing special. The waitress was very slow and rarely came back to our table to check how we were doing. (We we’re only one of two tables at the time so they were not busy.). The worst was the bartender through a fit and was screaming very vulgar profanities. Here we were a table of retired women who did not appreciate the loud, clear language nor the yelling. Will not go back again.

We went there to hear my favorite band and I have to say the place is beautiful and it's spectacular. And even after waiting 2.25 hours for food the food was delicious. The reason I gave it a three was because they knew they would get a big crowd with this band they shouldn't have offered food that night because they didn't have enough waitstaff to even get anyone a drink. I heard their was an emergency in the kitchen and I'm not surprised because when you don't have the help and you're trying to get food for that many people along with the presentation of the food no wonder someone could have a heart attack. The owner, the management company whoever it is was out to make money, obviously because they didn't make it last year but to put it at the expense of the kitchen staff or the wait staff who has to take all of the Brunt of the anger from the crowd is not fair. No one cares of the kitchen staff has a heart attack and no one cares about the little people making $0. I did give my waitress $10 and it should have been a hundred because she ran her ass off and got no money I'm sure from no one. I'm sure in a different scenario the food would be outstanding even more delicious then it was and in regular circumstances I'm sure the service would be phenomenal.

If you are looking for a great place to eat and great atmosphere, this is the place to go. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly.

I've ordered different things from here several times and EVERY TIME...IT WAS PERFECT! The Smashbugers, Salads, Cauliflower Crust pizza, Cheese Steaks and Tiramisu are the some of the BEST I've ever had! The atmosphere and people are very welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment.

Fabulous food and salad friendly and clean
