I had the most delicious Chicken Francaise at the Club at the Highlands tonight, accompanied by mashed potatoes and zucchini superbly prepared and artfully presented. The sauce was to die for! I had a generous side salad that came with my meal. My companion had the round Archbald pizza that was a considerable size for a very reasonable $12! We both enjoyed an Alligash draft beer.
