Santino's Italian Cuisine

I have been coming to santinos my entire life and moved out of town the past few years. I always try to make it a point to order from here when I come home. With that being said, I have been really disappointed the past few times. Last time I ordered they completely forgot to give me my cheesesteak. This time, I ordered a 10$ portion of spaghetti and was highly disappointed by this portion amount for 10 bucks. A box of pasta is 1 dollar guys!!!! This is pitiful. You could have at least filled the container.

Great food, beautiful restaurant, and our waitress was wonderful. Highly recommend the seafood Neptune and chicken marsala.

Pizza and subs are really good. Got the gnocchi the other day. Sauce sucked. Guess I'm maybe used to my own homemade sauce. Theirs was bitter.

The rigatoni is my favorite maybe put just a little bit more sauce on it. We had a piece of chocolate cake maybe next time put a little bit of cake with the icing. Service was great but not a big fan of automatically adding a tip to the bill, I generally give the waitress 20%.

Garlic knots were a disappointment. The lasagne pasta noodles were undercooked and chewy. The portion was basically slapped on the plate rather than a piece (or even two) being placed on the plate. It was hard to determine how many layers were supposed to be present. Also burnt pasta was part of the entree. While the sauce and filling were tasty, the presentation and lack of properly cooked pasta took away from that.

I have made the determination that the items lacking descriptions are that way so there is no expectation when the food is served. I can count the number of times, I have eaten at this restaurant on one hand in the past 20 years as I do not live in this area. After tonights meal, I doubt it will get to a second hand.

My mother's friend recommended this place to her, but I can't figure out why?

I can't fault the wait staff as there was only 1 person working. Maybe the problem is in the kitchen, I really don't know why it took so long, but with all things considered, this place was not worth our time or money.

It took more than 35 minutes to get our food even though there was only one other table seated when we arrived.

Grabbed a few Subs on our way to our cabin in Waterville. Santinos never dieverything! Homemade bread buns is to die for. We've eaten here for years and have had everything from dinners to their incredible party pizza. Great food and service everytime!

Just ate there tonight around 730 pm. Worst dinner ever!!! Waitress had absolutely no interest in serving us, sat my wife and I at a table meant for 6 (just us two), constantly kept messing up our order and didn't seem to even be paying attention to anything we said at all like she was distracted by one of the male servers or somethine because they kept at each other. My order came out okay, my wife's on the other hand was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. She had ordered chicken wrap and this thing came out so hot she couldn't even stand it and when she finally did take a bite so much tobasco sauce ran out of it the entire plate was just covered in it. Since the waitress never came back at any point I went up to talk to her about this. She apologizes but yet she rang up my card and I asked did you charge us for that anyway to which she said she had to. I said that isn't right at all my wife never even ate it was so disgusting!!! Then, like little ants the staff all scurried away and just vanished. I strongly recommend if you are dining out to go elsewhere!!!!!!!

Little pricey but gggʻreat

Counter service was ridiculous! 3 waitresses walked past me as I waited to pay for and pick up my pizza. Finally, the pizza maker had to ask someone to help. Very disappointed!

Just stopped in with my wife around 6pm. My burger was fine, but my wife's chicken wrap was the absolute worst!!! There was so much hot sauce that the entire plate and wrap was soaked in it let alond it was so hot she could not even pick it up. My server had absolutely zero attention span (it was very obvious this girl was distracted about something or someone else other than her customers), had to go find her myself because she was too busy with hanging out with the male server. Long story short, she ended up charging my card for it anyway even though my wife never even ate!!! Never again. I highly suggest going elsewhere!!!

Got a take out sub, delicious!

These guys are losers our chicken sub had 4 one inche chicken cubes on the whole thing my pizza was trash and I had to fight them for a refund don't go here

Very friendly staff, great service and delicious food. I had tortellini with meat sauce. So good! And their peppers are amazing
