Charged for grilled steak salad so I could get fries and chesse with chicken instead . No cheese Chicken very dry There was a few carrots a few cucumber slices Very disappointing

Went inside to order 2 simple subs with light mayo, tomato, and onion. Server was difficult to understand and subs were full of unwanted lettuce. Very disappointing.

McKayla was our waitress and she was amazing took the best care of us and was so welcoming and kind, we were in from Kansas and we will be back the next time we are in town.

One of the best cultural centers in Jersey Shore. I'm really glad they put it on the corner of Allegheny and Main. It's been a keystone of this town since...1990?... I've been going there since their first private opening. (My father made the flowers for it) always great Italian food. Great people. I look forward to stopping in every time I make it back to the area.

I used to absolutely love their food, in fact I would drive from Williamsport just to get a cheesesteak. I haven’t had one in years, so my father and I ordered one today, thinking it would be just like it always was. But we get home and start to eat and to my horror we discovered that our favorite sub shop loaded our cheesesteaks with the worst possible cheese, AMERICAN! Bitter, salty and just wrong. Perhaps some enjoy that type of cheese on their steak, but to set it as a default and not have an option online for any other cheese, just to save a few pennies is very disappointing! Provolone used to be the normal cheese that came with your regular cheesesteaks. The staff and everything else was great and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Fair warning if you order a cheese steak make sure you tell them your cheese preference. Unless you like American

Pretty good food( when they make it right. Half the time the cooks cook the food and dress it however they want instead of following the directions logged by the receptionist.

I have been coming to santinos my entire life and moved out of town the past few years. I always try to make it a point to order from here when I come home. With that being said, I have been really disappointed the past few times. Last time I ordered they completely forgot to give me my cheesesteak. This time, I ordered a 10$ portion of spaghetti and was highly disappointed by this portion amount for 10 bucks. A box of pasta is 1 dollar guys!!!! This is pitiful. You could have at least filled the container.

Great food, beautiful restaurant, and our waitress was wonderful. Highly recommend the seafood Neptune and chicken marsala.

Pizza and subs are really good. Got the gnocchi the other day. Sauce sucked. Guess I'm maybe used to my own homemade sauce. Theirs was bitter.

The rigatoni is my favorite maybe put just a little bit more sauce on it. We had a piece of chocolate cake maybe next time put a little bit of cake with the icing. Service was great but not a big fan of automatically adding a tip to the bill, I generally give the waitress 20%.

Garlic knots were a disappointment. The lasagne pasta noodles were undercooked and chewy. The portion was basically slapped on the plate rather than a piece (or even two) being placed on the plate. It was hard to determine how many layers were supposed to be present. Also burnt pasta was part of the entree. While the sauce and filling were tasty, the presentation and lack of properly cooked pasta took away from that.

I have made the determination that the items lacking descriptions are that way so there is no expectation when the food is served. I can count the number of times, I have eaten at this restaurant on one hand in the past 20 years as I do not live in this area. After tonights meal, I doubt it will get to a second hand.
