We placed and order for takeout was told 45 mins. We get there to pick it up about 10 mins early. Expected to wait a few mins since early. BUT was told out food was not even started. This was an 85$ order. We ordered at 7pm. Got there at 735. Who would want to wait another 45 mins for food. This was my first time ordering from the venture. And surely my last time.
My wing dings were 90%fat and my french fries were gross. I simply won’t go back. I grew up eating there. It’s sad that the quality is so poor. I wish I could share the photo of my fries.
The waitress kept walking by and never asked if we needed a drink or anything. They were not busy but we waited over an hour and never got our food
