Asked how old the oretzel was “It’s fresh” no it wasn’t. I told the girl it’s hard and burnt she said no you can’t eat undercooked dough, don’t want burnt old ones either. Hire competent people the other worker standing there doing nothing. No hair restraints isn’t that a must for food workers? $17 for garbage just over it. I only want what I’m paying for edible food,

Bring back the sour cream pretzels

The quality of the pretzels at this location has suffered tremendously over the past two years.. their pretzels are much thicker than they use to be which results in not tasting the same at all.. it's nearly identical to the super pretzels you buy in freezer at Walmart..This location needs to be retaught how to make proper auntie Anne pretzels

Horrible food! My peoples and I got some pretzels, I got the hotdog bites, and it was burnt, the warmer wasn’t even hot enough, the cheese tasted old and bad, the hotdogs were wet inside and sliding out, the pretzels tasted old and hard. Health inspectors need to investigate this place. I use to eat at this place a lot, I’ve had good snacks from this place before. This aunt Annie’s has went downhill. What a disappointment. Don’t eat here! Please don’t! It’s a health Hazard!!!
