Great atmosphere and friendly service. The menu never disappoints. Portions are just right. Do not be afraid to try something new because it is always prepared with excellence. Great place to take my mother for her birthday dinner. If you haven't had Back Door Café before, then do yourself a favor and treat yourself.
The food was excellent! I had the salmon and my wife had the cod...perfectly done! That being said, the only reason I didn't rate this place with five stars was the service; absolutely horrible!
The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, our food was somewhere between 'okay' and 'good' depending on the course, and it's fairly pricey for the food to not be 'great'. We would likely give it another try at some point in the future, but unless a future visit is better it won't be a restaurant we hit with much frequency.
