This isn’t the first time……..
Ordered takeout for 3 people. Drove a bit of a distance to pick up. The order consisted of 7 menu items. Asked if everything was in the bag, and as others were also waiting didn’t want to unpack and repack our order. Big mistake, got home after driving 20 minutes to find a sandwich missing. Called and asked if it was there, well of course it was sitting there getting colder by the minute as we now are driving another 20 minutes to pick it up. One hour of our time. Never offered to have it delivered. Acted like no big deal. This place is going down the tubes. Doubt if the even made a fresh one for us to take home!
This place may be seen as an old cornerstone for Wings and Beer, but the staff needs to up their game.

I really like this place, Winnie is outstanding! I really enjoy the food, however I recently got a half baked Italian sub and wasn't the usual and very skimpy.
I honestly believe the cooks are young pups and have very little experience. 🤐

Cozy, casual, good food and great atmosphere. We were there as a party of 5 who had not seen much of each other and were catching up. We ended up staying almost 3 hours and our waitress could not have been more understanding. There was no rush and at one point even said it's about family. Backstory, each of us had been here many times over the last 25 years and still keep coming back.

start by warning someone when you put hot pepper flake in your marinara sauce . i ordered a stromboli and the marinara was so hot. Thats poor service . when i mentioned it you acted like it was not a big deal. Is not losing a customer a big deal??
Love the food here 😋

Good food, not so bright staff. Waited 10 minutes to pay our bill. Staff bsing with customers and ignoring us. Walked by several times but never addressed us standing there. Take cash and throw on the counter, life is too short for this shit.

It took a long time to get our food. My sandwich was good but the chips on the side looked like crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Will continue to get take out wings but don't think we will be back for in house dining.🙁
Been one of my all time favorites since I was a kid.

I went to the Bistro for the first time, today, and the food and service were excellent! Thank you Alley! I hope I spelled your name right. We're moving to SC this coming month, but I was with my friends, tonight, and appreciated the ambience too. I look forward to going back the next time we're in the area! Keep up the great work!
On the road traveling for work and stopped in to check it out

Amazing food service cant beat the prices highly reccomend checking it out for yourself!
Cozy, pleasant, non-formal dining experience for my husband & me & our 2 girls. We enjoyed the specialty seasonal drinks (i.e. the Grinch, Eggnog White Russian). I would've liked to see more vegetarian options on the menu. I ordered a BLT without bacon but with an egg!
My husband and I just stopped there to get dinner. We were seated and given menus. Another couple sat down in the booth next to us and a waitress came and took their drink orders. The waitress attending to the booth behind us brought their food and then came back with their drink refills. Never looked at us. The waitress that took the drink orders for the booth next to us came back and started getting their food orders. We were never even looked at. The hostess seated another couple in a booth behind the couple who was seated after us. I said excuse me, but do we have a waitress and she said oh yeah let me get one. The waitress then proceeded to wait on the last couple that got seated after us. We decided to leave after that because no one ever looked at us or even bothered to ask if we were waited on. Disappointing because we used to like the Bistro but won’t be back anytime soon after that experience.
The breaded wings are the best in town. We love them and have been getting them for 35 years.
