I waited at window #1 for at least 5 minutes only to not be able to eat the chicken nuggets nor the bacon cheese burger!! It had to have sat under the heat lamp since they opened up and i was there at 3pm!!! The nuggets were harder as a rock!!! And the burger was over cooked and rubbery!!! And the fries were under the lamp all day as well!!!! All that waiting for NOTHING!!! THIS will be my LAST trip to BURGER KING!!!! Sad too because I used to love their food. Ill be going to Dairy Queen from now on. McDonald's serves GMO meats so we stopped eating there YEARS ago. Doesn't anyone take PRIDE in their products anymore?!?!?

This is the worst place for customer service! We just left after standing at the counter & being completely ignored by not only the cashier but the manager! They both looked right at us & never even acknowledged that we were there! Left without ordering & went to D Q & got amazing service! We were the only customers in there when we got there but a line did form before we left. That’s ridiculous!

I haven't been to a BK this friendly ever! We ordered in the drive through. The lady said "pull up to the first window" after we placed the order and that shed "be right there". We pull up and she's friendly and professional, read our order back and then we paid. She told us to head to the second window. I pulled up, same lady! I probably looked shocked bc she laughed. This lady was running the whole area: she was quick and remained friendly. We got home and our sandwiches were hot and perfectly made. We both got chicken sandwiches and both of us commented how they were perfectly cooked and still juicy. My onion rings were perfect and the fries were really good too! Great job, BK.. (Give that lady a raise because she was a ray of sunshine!)

Lady working the drive thru very kid, very funny. Told me I can have anything I want because it's burger king and it's my way. Ended the order with "unlike McDonald's across the street, we also have shakes because our shake machine is always working ". Always have the best customer service.

The manager, huskier young man. Dirty blonde hair. Very rude! Does not give you time to order, then when you’re ordering he says anything else, with an attitude. Food was cold. Every time we come to this location, this young man makes us feel like a burden.
I gave a one star because as an employee who worked there for about 1 month and a half the General Manager has workers doing tasks she would not do like closing the store which she NEVER did when I was employed there and let Managers do what ever they want to and then banned me from the store because of my review and then try to cover her butt and tells her boss I put this review up because I'm a disgruntled ex-employee no remember I quit

The girl waiting on me was rude. She kept messing my take out order. Every time she handed me the bag it was wrong 3 times. What is so difficult about 2 medium onion rings, 1 medium fry and a large fry. She kept rolling her eyes and huffing loud and slamming the bags on the counter.
