I haven't been to a BK this friendly ever! We ordered in the drive through. The lady said "pull up to the first window" after we placed the order and that shed "be right there". We pull up and she's friendly and professional, read our order back and then we paid. She told us to head to the second window. I pulled up, same lady! I probably looked shocked bc she laughed. This lady was running the whole area: she was quick and remained friendly. We got home and our sandwiches were hot and perfectly made. We both got chicken sandwiches and both of us commented how they were perfectly cooked and still juicy. My onion rings were perfect and the fries were really good too! Great job, BK.. (Give that lady a raise because she was a ray of sunshine!)

Lady working the drive thru very kid, very funny. Told me I can have anything I want because it's burger king and it's my way. Ended the order with "unlike McDonald's across the street, we also have shakes because our shake machine is always working ". Always have the best customer service.

The manager, huskier young man. Dirty blonde hair. Very rude! Does not give you time to order, then when you’re ordering he says anything else, with an attitude. Food was cold. Every time we come to this location, this young man makes us feel like a burden.
I gave a one star because as an employee who worked there for about 1 month and a half the General Manager has workers doing tasks she would not do like closing the store which she NEVER did when I was employed there and let Managers do what ever they want to and then banned me from the store because of my review and then try to cover her butt and tells her boss I put this review up because I'm a disgruntled ex-employee no remember I quit

The girl waiting on me was rude. She kept messing my take out order. Every time she handed me the bag it was wrong 3 times. What is so difficult about 2 medium onion rings, 1 medium fry and a large fry. She kept rolling her eyes and huffing loud and slamming the bags on the counter.
Ordered one of their new melts, along with the mozzarella fries, and a large french fry. Got parked so they could make fresh mozzarella fries.Got my order which was accurate so a positive there. The melt was ok and certainly not worth $5. The fry cup was full, and the mozzarella fries were warm.I don't understand why you would park someone and tell them it was to make an item fresh and then serve them product that was not fresh.Each time I order from BK I kick myself for trying again. The new items and marketing make everything look so good.

This Burger King is the worst in the area they’re food is rushed and undercooked Which makes no sense it made me sick couldn’t even finish my meal, the customer service was absolutely terrible they lied about they’re shake machine being broken and then wouldn’t even give me a refund and argued with me at the window then of course to top it all off she slammed my ice cream cake that was given instead of the shake on the table and it was smushed, manager came and was rude he slammed the door on us as we’re till getting the rest of our order and lied about the pricing thankfully we contacted Burger King and the gave us a refund…we will never come here again overall rating would be 0 stars if I could they don’t even deserve 1.
