I placed a mobile order, when I arrived there was ONE car ahead of me with a DRINK ORDER. Still took 5 minutes before the drive thru person would talk to me, then they had me pull up and wait. Like the NOT REMOTELY BUSY restaurant didnt have my order ready despite me ordering ahead. Then TEN MINUTES LATER they finally handed ovdr my STONE COLD FOOD. If it was ALREADY READY, why did it take TEN MINUTES to hand it over? I tried resolving this by speaking to the manager but she chose to LIE about the freshness of the food provided. If it was FRESH OFF THE GRILL, then the burger meat WOULDVE ACTUALLY BEEN HOT

I waited at window #1 for at least 5 minutes only to not be able to eat the chicken nuggets nor the bacon cheese burger!! It had to have sat under the heat lamp since they opened up and i was there at 3pm!!! The nuggets were harder as a rock!!! And the burger was over cooked and rubbery!!! And the fries were under the lamp all day as well!!!! All that waiting for NOTHING!!! THIS will be my LAST trip to BURGER KING!!!! Sad too because I used to love their food. Ill be going to Dairy Queen from now on. McDonald's serves GMO meats so we stopped eating there YEARS ago. Doesn't anyone take PRIDE in their products anymore?!?!?

This is the worst place for customer service! We just left after standing at the counter & being completely ignored by not only the cashier but the manager! They both looked right at us & never even acknowledged that we were there! Left without ordering & went to D Q & got amazing service! We were the only customers in there when we got there but a line did form before we left. That’s ridiculous!

This is a medium hashbrown? It is slightly larger then the syrup.
I haven't been to a BK this friendly ever! We ordered in the drive through. The lady said "pull up to the first window" after we placed the order and that shed "be right there". We pull up and she's friendly and professional, read our order back and then we paid. She told us to head to the second window. I pulled up, same lady! I probably looked shocked bc she laughed. This lady was running the whole area: she was quick and remained friendly. We got home and our sandwiches were hot and perfectly made. We both got chicken sandwiches and both of us commented how they were perfectly cooked and still juicy. My onion rings were perfect and the fries were really good too! Great job, BK.. (Give that lady a raise because she was a ray of sunshine!)
