I haven't been to a BK this friendly ever! We ordered in the drive through. The lady said "pull up to the first window" after we placed the order and that shed "be right there". We pull up and she's friendly and professional, read our order back and then we paid. She told us to head to the second window. I pulled up, same lady! I probably looked shocked bc she laughed. Lady working the drive thru very kid, very funny. Told me I can have anything I want because it's burger king and it's my way. Ended the order with "unlike McDonald's across the street, we also have shakes because our shake machine is always working ". Always have the best customer service.
The manager, huskier young man. Dirty blonde hair. Very rude! Does not give you time to order, then when you’re ordering he says anything else, with an attitude. Food was cold. Every time we come to this location, this young man makes us feel like a burden.
