I have been to many different Chipotle locations and my things with the Johnstown one is the stuff can be rude and don't give good portion sizes. The price very ever time i am there and they say store price are different don't believe it. I sometimes would either go to the altoona or Greensburg location. Wish the stuff would be consistent every time you're there with the portions sizes. I never really leave reviews but just need to vent. I don't understand how they give Police a discount but not military or First Responders. But you go to any other locations they will give one and if you ask they get mad. I know the staff do the best they can and do agree it could get better.

Wow, extremely dirty all over. The chairs, tabletops, food prep station, trash overflowing. I definitely do not recommend eating in there. I was a waitress/bartender and that’s just not acceptable. Food completely missed the bowl contaminating other foods, and it’s being thrown everywhere else. Last thing, if you’re 100% out of beans wouldn’t you tell the cook to make more in time for the dinner rush???

I agree to ignore the negative reviews. I frequent Chipotle’s in Ohio and PA. The best experience I’ve had yet at a chipotle. Clean, big portions, friendly staff, quick service, never ran out of anything, and food was fresh!

It’s SO DIRTY in here. I don’t understand why they can’t get the food into the bowl instead of on the counters, floor, and UNDER the containers in the warming water. The little clear containers fall in and out of the food and they just leave it there… I was shocked. Just thinking about eating the food I was served on my way out actually made me sick and I had to throw it away. At least the cashier was nice.

Standard chipotle atmosphere. The food is chipotle so the quality and taste is standard there. The portions tend to be a little off with this store. We've noticed there's not much cheese, not much salsa, sometimes low chicken. Smaller portions than we've seen at any other chipotle.

Absolutely Terrible experience. Ordered online was supposed to be at the pickup station. I went in and there were no orders there so I waited, I eventually went up and asked and they had it ready and was keeping it behind the counter! 15 minutes past my order time. Got my order home to find that the order isn't even right. It was completely the wrong order, I didn't ask for quac, tomatoes or cheese and it had all those toppings. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in at 9pm and the store closes at 11pm. Asked if there was enough steak and they told me no even though they are still open and should just make food until they are closed or not stay open until 11.
I never ever write reviews at all but after three not so great orders this is necessary. I order a bowl with extra sour cream, extra cheese, normal rice and lettuce with chicken….there was barely any cheese or sour cream in it. The chips are always stale too…I can bend them and they don’t even break, I also stopped getting guacamole because it was frozen solid one time. The employees are also not very nice either, I’m never rude to them and I don’t want to have a full on conversation but I don’t appreciate the slight attitude I receive.
This place wasn’t always like this and it was actually really good a couple months ago. The employees were still not so nice but atleast I was getting what I ordered and the chips weren’t stale.

The location is fine.. I had no issue with the bowl I received but corporate should be ashamed of themselves 4.15 for a Mexican bottled cola. Sam’s club down the road sells a case for 32 dollars… that’s 1.37 each… you know they are paying less than what we are at Sam’s club per case. Normal retail markup is 50%-60%… these large companies are taking advantage of us and laughing about it. 10.40 for chips and queso… any remember when chips and salsa came with your meal??.. sad

Any positive review is coming from someone who isn't frequent. I've never been to a location that absolutely murders you on portion sizes like this one. You have about a 40% chance of getting any value for your money. I always order double meat and somehow frequently get what's less than a normal portion. Hopefully the Somerset location has competent staff so there's a chipotle local worth going to.
