i ordered my usual chicken bowl today. they barely filled it and forgot my cheese and sour cream!! i went through the chipotlane so i didn’t see it until i got home. there was almost no cars in the parking lot so this is ridiculous!!

I visited this Chipotle location yesterday around 2 p.m. hoping to order a bowl. Unfortunately, the restaurant was completely out of both chicken and steak, and no fresh batches were being prepared.
There were only two employees working, as a third had left, and it seemed the remaining staff were distracted because of this. They were not preparing any food, and multiple customers were left standing in line waiting for items that simply were not available.
This reflects poor management and oversight. When staple menu items are missing, food is not being prepared, and customers are left waiting without clear communication, it shows that the restaurant is not being run effectively.
Chipotle as a brand is known for consistency, but this location is falling short of those expectations.

This place is a complete waste of time and money. The staff does not do their job! They claimed they were out of guacamole 3 hours before closing. There was no ice in the fountain machine, no napkins, no plastic ware, and the garbage was overflowing to the point where there was nowhere to actually throw it away. This has happened before as well. They need new management or this place should be shut down.

I never write reviews, but this time im done eating here. I order a beef barbacoa bowl with double meat with rice, cheese, and salsa. Tell me why half of my beef barbacoa is a lump of fat held together by silver skin. This place has gone to absolute junk. Ive worked in the industry for years and ive never seen such poor food, especially when everything is already prepped before the work day. I will not be eating here again. Also the staff has always been rude, acting like they cant find a different job. You might as well close the store if this is what you are going to serve paying customers. Owner needs a wake up call before this place goes out of business.

This location absolutely Sucks... they are Constantly Out of stuff and Constantly mess your orders up. I have nothing good to say about this location. Portions super small, even when you Pay for extra. Staff are super lazy and do not pay attention to people at the window.

DO NOT order online if you want double protein. They play games every time to the point I truly believe they intentionally give you a single serving. I even tried leaving a tip to see if it would make a difference, and I’m pretty sure they gave me less than a single serving. So disrespectful.

If you want small undercooked portions this is the place for you. Asked for double steak (which I had to go to the bank and take out a personal loan to afford) and got one 3/4 scoop of cold fatty steak. Dumped the pinto bean juice onto my burrito. BEAN JUICE. Not to mention the rice was hard and undercooked. Also the entire line was filled with food and sides and my foil was covered with it.
Absolutely disgusting place went for a date night with my husband we got there walked right in the place was dirty people are eating on dirty tables unprofessional for employees to not clean the place up we walked right out decided not to eat there do better with establishment

Sat at the drive thru for a solid 5 minutes after making eye contact with several employees, drove back around and finally someone came over, got my order, was missing chips I went and stopped elsewhere then came back though and asked about them, they were out but no one informed me when the order was picked up, I went inside for the little refund, the place is a mess, food all over the counters, everyone is in the back but one guy who I felt bad for, overall unclean & terrible customer service, highly recommend the Indiana location instead

About the most unclean chipotle I have been at and although the server was friendly she picked stuff off the dirty counter to put back in my burrito and said the counters are cleaned all the time but is was very dirty when she started making my food. I could understand it being dirty if they are very busy, but I was the only person in line
