The lime flavor at this restaurant is so overpowering. It is nothing like any other chipotle I've been to. Quit putting lime or extra lime on your food and you will be an outstanding chipotle restaurant.

It’s always delicious early in the day, but at night it’s horrible! There needs to be quality control and better training for night staff. Ordered double chicken, had 3 pieces of chicken and had a piece of bone. My bowl was full of bean juice

Out of everything but chicken wanted steak, got a tiny spoon full of meat and the servers were rude. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. I’m good not worth the price.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life and have been going to chipotle locations around the country for 20 years. I’ve never left a review on Google but made an exception in this instance because it is literally that bad. The portions are terrible and not even what corporate calls for. Corporate should look into the manager because this just isn’t normal and is absolutely insulting to people who work hard for their money to pay already inflated fast food prices. They are cutting corners or something to retain more profit. The little food you do get is thrown into the container like pig slop. The guacamole sides are literally half full. $7 for enough guacamole for a handful of chips. And that’s even if you get the chips you pay for. Twice I went before giving up and they left my chips off the order both times without saying anything and after calling to ask why they stated the reason was they ran out. Okay so you were just going to let me pay for something and purposely not include it and not say a word? That’s theft. Go to Indiana or Altoona if you want chipotle. Avoid this location because it’s just one big headache.

I’ve been to the Indiana, Altoona, and Greensburg PA Chipotle many times and was excited to finally have one in Johnstown. However, all my friends have said to not go to this location; that the portions are toddler sized and sloppily made. I finally tried them today though and wow, my friends were all right. ???

I ordered online. When I pulled away I realized they forgot my drink so I pulled back around. "You forgot my Mexican cola that I ordered." Didn't even say sorry. Ok. Got home and realized that I was given chips with no salsa. Ughhh

I admit, I was a little skeptical because of the reviews. Honestly though, I think they were made when the place just opened and it was super busy. Stuff happens.This is my first time eating Chipotle ever. I ordered a burrito bowl and they put on everything I ordered and they were generous. The burrito bowl was also constructed beautifully.The only slightly negative thing is the price point, but I think it's worth it for better quality ingredients. When I can afford it, I'm definitely coming back.

I tried again and this time actually received my food! Ordered on the app for the Chipotlane. I wish they had another window or speaker to let them know you are there instead of having to wait for other orders being made one at a time. It still feels like Russian roulette though and that’s when you go to El Jalisco for a less intense meal experience.This place is a $hitshow. Ordered ahead online with 40 minute wait. That was ok since I knew they would be busy. I get there and it’s absolutely crazy. Walk in and find out they’re HOURS behind on orders yet they are still taking online orders!! Called 1800 Chipotle for refund and had BK for dinner. I’ll never forget the wall of wasted food either. Orders from 1pm sitting on the pick up shelf at 8pm.

Honestly, I’m not sure why there’s an incredible amount of negative reviews. I ordered for delivery during lunch rush and it came within 20 minutes. The food was a little cold, but that’s to be expected with delivery. Otherwise, it tastes great & my order is correct. I’ll keep this updated if I do get food poisoning lolWhen the place first opened, I had some issues with portion sizes/wrong orders, but I haven’t had that issue since it slowed down some. It’s put together a bit messy, but that’s how it is at literally every chipotle. If you have any serious issues, you can reach out on the app and they’ll refund it or at least look into it.I’d say try it if you’re reading these reviews and are on the fence. This place literally did just open 2 months ago and it was insanity for weeks.Johnstown does have a habit of ruining anything good, but I don’t think this is one of those places.

So, you've been open for 2 months and already can't manage back of house well enough to have chips in stock?? Not only out, but no means or willingness to refund me after making us pay a price for them like they are made of gold... I used to drive to another state to enjoy the food and experience of Chipotle a decade ago. But after 3 of 4 orders since you opened being cold soggy crap and now this, the branch isn't even worth the 1.5mile drive. If you feel you deserve the price you charge for all your "such wonderful" offerings, I suggest you start showing some basic competence... Fellow Johnstown locals, save your time and money and go support our local "mom and pop" Mexican restaurants if you want an enjoyable and edible experience...
