Coney Island serves Nathan's hot dogs at ALL times. Coming from NYC, I had VERY high hopes. The dog was a basic supermarket brand, not Nathan's however it was delicious. Service was amazinggg. I enjoyed the overall vibe and the food but definitely NOT Coney Island hot dog flavor or anything that would be considered NYC.
Nothing compares to the Coney Island dog. I’ve been eating it since I was little, and my parents decades before me. I accept nothing less than a massive pile of minced onions on top of my dog because of this place. So good everytime we come in. Desserts are great too! (Gob cake specifically)
We had a Johnstown family reunion and this was the perfect spot for our first night dinner! We had a huge group of people and they happily and quickly accommodated us. The good was great, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly!
