When I went to this store I did online order and when I went to pick it up the lady In the window gave me someone else’s order and when I said that’s not what I ordered she gave me attitude then when I took my the order In I told them again it’s not even my name and the lady at the window still was tell me that the order I picked up was my order and I had them look at my phone and still a attitude then she told me I don’t have to come there again

This place has gone done hill in the last couple of months. Any request of change from the normal drink is treated like a HUGE inconvenience and then they don’t even do the request. The manager has a bad attitude and there is a female employee who works there, that I don’t know if she’s newer but I only started seeing her in the last 3 months or so who is just unbelievably rude. I’m sorry if you don’t like you job and I’m sure it’s stressful place to work when busy but me asking for just a tiny bit of syrup in a drink and getting the full amount instead is insane. These drinks aren’t cheap, this is a treat for myself but I’ll only be going to the other dunkin on scalp from now on because at least they listen and will fix my order if they goof.

The Dunkin on Minno Drive, Johnstown has a very rude manager. She was working the drive through and refused to sell me 2 1/2 dozen donuts. I only got 6, and not what I wanted. When I parked my car and went inside to check, they had PLENTY of donuts to sell me what I wanted, but of course at that point, I just left. She needs fired.

The manager at this particular Dunkin donuts needs to take a course on dealing with the public. My wife and myself went in today and ordered 2 of the $5 wrap meals which included hot or iced coffee. We didn't want the hot or iced coffee, instead we wanted two unsweetened green tea. The cashier was very nice but didn't understand, so the manager came over and we explained what we needed, she stated it was against the companys rules. So said ring out the two $5 meal deals and also ring out the two unsweetened teas, we wouldn't paying extra she stated that it was against company policy, she stated this in an aggressive and defensive manner and that I would have to order something else.. At this point I was frustrated and did swear, to which she ignored the issue and stated don't you swear at me at this point my wife and myself left, the manager said in a loud voice to the other customers are you going to swear at me. Rather than incite a confrontation she could have listened to what we were saying. We love Dunkin donuts, we we never go to this particular one ever again.

Everyone do not go to the Dunkin in Westwood on minno Dr unless you want the wrong order again & again with no assistance from the mgr accept it was a mistake. I ordered hot chocolate with blue berry shot & received coffee today along with other items online. Go into store to get corrected & ended up with plain hot chocolate even though the tag on cup was correct. This happens every time I order from this store wether online or in person that's why I complained to corporate and nothing has changed!!!!!!! Now I think it happens on purpose considering mgr never compensated me at all and uses excuses every time it happens!!!!! Such a bad rap for Dunkin I have been trying not to use this location but it is so close to my house..

I think there one of the best dunkin donuts in town, staff are really nice and cool, I like going there.
My daughter was home for Thanksgiving from Boston she said I'm going to Dunkin Donuts to pick up some bagels. She went to the drive-thru and ordered a half a dozen they said they couldn't give her any. They said you have to pre-order them! She said can you give me two and they said no! This blew her mind as she is from Boston where they invented Dunkin' donuts and you never have to pre-order anything! Person was rude we will not be back!

I placed an order for two caramel craze lattes and a maple donut. We arrived for pick up at 5pm and upon getting to the pickup window the woman inside handed us our drinks and we had said thank you twice and she ignored us and closed the window (I figured maybe they are just busy I get it) but when I got home and opened my bag for my donut it was facing down on the bag and all of the icing came off when I tried to take it out.
