The selection of donuts was good but few flavors I hoped to find were not available.

We enjoy going to this Dunkin as the food is decent and the service is fast. A very common issue is if you go through the drive through, no matter what drink you get the cup is always covered in sticky gunk. My guess is whoever is preparing the drink may have dirty gloves on and stuff from other drinks is getting on their gloves and thus onto our drinks. This time I had wave the cashier down to ask for napkins. Other competitors do not have this issue. Try it for your yourself it’s nearly every time we go there. We will continue to support our local Dunkin, but please wash your hands/ change gloves often.

every time I come here nobody working ever knows what’s going on with your mobile order, and will probably end up giving you someone else’s order, or they already gave yours to someone else. The service is as slow as the workers, for a prepaid coffee and two donuts and hashbrowns I had to wait 20 minutes at the restaurant while I already offered another 15 minutes prior. Drink melted, food cold.

Early in the morning it is GREAT. EVERY TIME I HAVE WENT AND ITS BEEN AFTER LUNCH IT HAS BEEN A DISASTER! They need to get some better management for evening shift.

They didn't give us the donuts we wanted they said they discontinued chocolate sprinkles donuts and chose what they wanted to give us waited 20 minutes

Did not tell us they were out of stuff they give me wrong donuts and they said they stop make sprinkle donuts and has brown were not made right I will never go this location agin they are to slow

Usually has long lines, but the staff are fairly quick. I ordered the hash brown tots and I got 5 tots total, very small portions.

Nothing ever tastes the same from there. You can order the same thing 5 times in a row and it's different everytime. The attitude SOME of the employees have is absolutely wild to me. Oh! They got the dunkalatte back and the cup was completely full of ice and the drink didn't even taste the way it should have. Got a second one with no ice and it tastes fine. Trying to save product I assume? Guess I have to start getting all of my drinks with no ice (and pay the ridiculous upcharge) and just add my own.
My go to for iced coffee and glazed donuts. So far not disappointed by their iced coffee and donuts.

The only good thing about this Dunkin is that it has a drive thru.

I have been coming to the owners of this franchise of Dunkin for YEARS ! I have spent wayyyyy tooooo much money to be treated like I was today! I literally order the SAME THING EVERYDAY! I even was a customer to their Dunkins in State College daily!!!! So much so that the senior employees ( ones that have time in) know my voice my order etc!! Even the owners wife knows me ! Anyway when I get to the window I said um I ordered a cold brew with cold foam and she said look it's not on the ticket that's not how you ordered it! I said excuse me I order the same thing 7 days a week that I come here! And she said no you didn't or it would be on the ticket I mean I can give you cold foam but I have to charge you 1.06!!!! For your mess up??? And this past 2 weeks 4 out of the 14 coffees I ordered THE SAME WAY didn't have less ice wasn't even on the ticket ! Sooooooo I know how much money I have put in there pockets I WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN ? NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT OVER INCOMPETENT WORKERS THAT OBVIOUSLY DONT HEAR RIGHT AND THEN WANT TO ARGUE! ....I am very upset and I LOVE my dunkin but I would rather go to McDonalds atleast when they mess up they don't blame you and they correct it on them! That's the way you treat customers! Shame on you Scalp Avenue! I'll take my 50 bucks a week somewhere else! And from the looks of it according to these reviews they need to clean house of the attitudes !
Customer in front of me expressed her drink didn't look right the Chloe the person who waited on gave attitude and gave customer dirty looks. Instead of being polite and communicating okay I can remake it for you she grabbed cup aggressively dumped it and then remade it gave customer a dirty look and said look okay to you want anything else added with attitude. Customer left unhappy

I don’t know why the lady (not even the one taking our order) has such a hostile staring problem. I’m there with my toddler and she’s just staring like she’s ready to pounce over the counter over my dozen donuts.
