They don't often pay attention to how many flavor shots you ask for. They have no issue fixing an order if something ends up wrong though. Some staff mean-mugs you though & sometimes I'm a bit frightened to stop there before work but my dunkin coffee is what makes work tolerable so I go anyways. I just wish sometimes people had a smile instead? I get it, work sucks but damn...

Every time I go to dunkin I try to use my dunkin rewards scanner to earn points. This morning when I tried, I gave the woman my money and got ready to give her my code on my phone but she left without even giving me the chance. Then when I asked her about it she got very short with me and said it’s too late. Not only did I not get to use my rewards scanner, my drink was filled to the top and spilled on me and no receipt was given to me for my purchase. The food here is great,...
