I stopped in on Monday 5/12 and I really wasn't having the best day. Much to my surprise my whole mood was uplifted by my server. Her name was Jessica between her smile and upbeat attitude and knowledge of the menu it was a welcoming breath of fresh air! The world needs more people like her serving the public!! I went in feeling down and left feeling amazing thank you eat n park and especially Jessica!!

I hated the food it was cold and taste old like it was old or leftovers the employees were very disrespectful & unprofessional do not eat here you will be very upset you even came just like me !!! The server with the purple/red hair in a ponytail sat me at a dirty table then got an attitude and was rude I wanted to sit somewhere else .

Perhaps the worst burger in the history of food - actually the two worst burgers as this sandwich was a double burger - was presented in our takeout last week. It was dry, burned, overcooked, crumbling and tasteless (yes, we tried to eat it with a log of ketchup). Of course, getting take out means having to drive back so that wasn't going to work. Plus they were extremely busy and the wait time at the drive through was much longer than normal. Very disappointing.
To be totally honest, other food provided to us was fine and edible. The fries that came with the burger were soggy but other food was fine. And this is the first time we've had a major issue with take out food from this restaurant. Still, very disappointing.
After a long work week had dinner at eat n park Westmont Jonstown Pa. Our server Lexi was very sweet and kind. She was efficient and was quick to refill our drinks!! Great job Lexi! Super nice! We will be back! Thanks

I haven't had EatnPark in 25-30 years. I went in hungry and not expecting much.. I was WRONG! The staff were all so sweet and attentive - the host, our waitress, and even the lady filling up the salad bar! Our food was terrific and I was happily surprised!

This is the better of the two eat n parks in jtown area. We left the other one cause of rudeness and the unprofessional we endured. This one had much friendlier staff and food on Sunday brunch was excellent. We will return here if in area. Beth was our waitress she was by the table frequently checking on us which is appropriated thanks for the kindness.
