We love getting Em's before heading to the park or a short hike. This is perfect food for a picnic. Good quality and always delicious... especially the Italian subs. Just be patient during rush times, because they can get busy.

So online orders don't seem to matter. Ordered at 4:45, they say 15 minutes but it's more like an hour. Getting busy happens but other orders that came in after me and ordered at the counter were completed before mine. Ridiculous. Do better.

I normally love this place but tonight was disappointing. My husband and I were craving an Em's Sub and admittedly arrived late, 15 mins. before close. When we walked in someone was cleaning the front and walked past us a couple times then everyone disappeared into the back. We looked at the menu for a while and were seen but no one acknowledged us so my hubby got a couple of lottery tickets and we settled for McDonald's instead. It's a great place and we'll be back but not at night. I understand it was late and no one wants to stick around longer than they have to, but if you don't want anymore orders, say so or lock the door please.

I came in to pickup a Doordash on October 21st around 7:45 at night and the kitchen staff in the back went to the ice cream shop next door for about 10 minutes before coming back and finishing the order.
My friend is from Johnstown, PA so when we make a weekend trip back to her hometown we stop and get subs to bring back home to Ohio. Service is great and subs are always fresh and tasty!
