The Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub is the best I have ever had. Excellent. The bun is super soft yet a little crispy. Excellent

Great Subs! I got a turkey bacon ranch, I enjoyed it very much. My wife loves the Engineer, she chooses it almost every time she comes to Firehouse Subs. I usually try something new each time we visit and have enjoyed each choice! I had a brownie for dessert and loved it.My wife participated in a 5k event and lunch came from Firehouse Sub, a group of coupons was with the lunch so her Engineer was covered by the coupon we used.Thank you for that!

Paid over $35 for the food we ordered here today and it was all TERRIBLE! I couldn't find any cheese at all on my smokehouse brisket sub, the BBQ sauce was non-existent, and we had ordered 3 bowls of potato soup and every single one of them was all broth with only about 2 teaspoons of potatoes at the very bottom. This is unacceptable to spend this kind of money for this poor quality of food. I could have gotten a sub from Subway for 1/3 of the cost and it would have at least had the cheese on it. I've also never experienced soup this bad in all my life. A cheap can of Campbell's would have been more filling. Utterly pathetic! I will not be coming back to this place anytime soon and will be telling all my friends and family to stay clear!

Had a taste for a hoagie(that’s what we call them where I’m from) lol, but I ordered a sub via Uber Eats. The pics of the subs looked pretty decent so I ordered the Jamaican sub. It came with hardly no condiments on it and they heated it up, uhhh ?. Wish I would’ve known that cuz I don’t eat hot deli

The firefighter decor and bunker gear on walls are nice. The staff is friendly and quick to take your order. I placed my order, paid and waited for food to be made in and out in 5 minutes. Prices are average compared to other sub places. The Italian half hoagie full involved was really good.
They have the best subs. They're a little pricey but worth it. They are also one of the few sandwich places in the area with a gluten free roll!Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free rolls and my daughter loves them!

In the past I've tried Subway (not very good), Em's just average) then finally Firehouse Subs. I always order the medium Italian Sub whitch is overloaded with many varieties of meat and cheese and quite filling. I recommend this to anyone who loves subs.

The put spicy mustard on my wife and daughters subs after them both asking for none. Plus the men's room lock doesn't work and rather than fix it they put a note on the door about the lock. It's been that way for a few months now.
