Still so good! Still the only place I get a burger! ? I so love their burgers and fries! It is one of the few "fast food " places I still trust to eat at! Also I love shelling and eating the peanuts while I wait!

This was my first time at any 5 Guys since I usually avoid fast food chain places.. but I wanted a burger on the 4th of July. I was pleasantly surprised by having the option of a Bunless Burger & the very good food quality. The Richland staff were genuinely customer-centric and enjoyable. I will definitely be back, even though I am not normally a burger person.
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems easily accessible - no steps at front door with handicapped parking spaces available
Staff was very friendly right when we walked in the door to the time we walked out the door. Although it was not our first time there, the clerk explained how to order burgers, the sizes, and said that if it's just the two of us, the one size fries would be large enough to share. I was considering a shake and didn't know which one to try. When I asked what his favorite was, the clerk then shared his favorite flavors. He talked me into the oreo shake, which was very good. There's nothing bad to say overall, but it looks like the tables could've been cleaned after a rush.
