Order two large pizzas, but they gave me three and I had to pay for half of the third pizza. I asked for a Philly pizza minus the mushrooms and then the mushrooms were placed on there. I asked for the chicken wings with the garlic Parmesan on the side and it was on top so the chicken was not crispy. . Regular fries and got potato wedges. Spent $71 for what? It was not the order we received. If you want great Fox’s pizza go to the one in Parkhill. Never got the order wrong.

If you like your wings crispy make sure you check your food before you pay for it. All depends who is working on whether your wings will be crispy. I ordered wings from here and asked for extra crispy. When I can to pick them up I asked again just to make sure. They informed me the wait would be a lil longer because of my request which was fine with me. Went straight home and they were mushy. Currently trying to fix them in the air fryer without burning them. If I’m paying almost $20 for a dozen of wings they should be prepared the way I asked. Mind you I got wings from them about a week they was perfect because different people was on staff. Next time I will be checking before I pay.

Tried to call in an order, guy answering the phone sounded super high and couldnt understand anything I was saying despite clearly being a native English speaker. Asked for his manager and got my order placed in less time than it took the first guy to spell my street name with my careful assistance. Asked for sour cream, and some genius decided COLD sour cream HAS to go with the blazing hot fresh from the fryer chicken strips. My sour cream arrived in its packets hot to the touch. I dont think I'll be ordering from this branch again.

So obviously Fox's doesn't practice the customers always right policy. My sons girlfriend ordered wedgies there tonight and when my son got home from work they had messed up his food. When she called them they denied she had special ordered it and basically called her a liar. So in a day when money is tight they are offering poor customer service and not admitting their mistake. Used to order from them frequently but will not anymore. So for 9 dollars an hour they can't get the order right nor can they admit they messed up. Will be calling corporate tomorrow. Rude behavior as well they no longer get money from this household. Papa John's here we come

I am so grateful for this Fox's location. I needed a large order for a corporate lunch so I called a few days in advance. They were able to meet and exceed all I needed! The delivery was on time, hot, fresh and delicious! The salads were FRESH lettuce, veggies and quality dressing (nothing stale, not bagged lettuce - everything fresh). The pizzas were delicious. I will make them a regular ordering option for us. The delivery girl was friendly and the first thing she did was ensure I had a receipt. Professionalism all the way around! Thank you!!
