A nice place to eat that's simple and not to flashy. There was only 3 waiters on the floor and they quickly waited on a packed house. After a brief wait I told Mandy, our waitress, that we where both diabetic and may have to eat something. She took our order then and got our food out rather quickly. Checked on us to see if we needed anything. Was nice the whole time despite running around. Will be returning
I've lived in Johnstown about 1 and 1/2 years and we tried Gallinas for the first time last week, since I was next door picking up my daughter's eyeglasses and we decided why not try someplace we've never been. i honestly think this might be the best restaurant in Johnstown. The fried mozzarella was amazing. Better than the high-end restaurant's mozzarella. The salad was good but can live without it(the side salad that is) But the bread. it tastes exactly like how my mom used to make it.
