I’ve eaten biscuits and gravy in many places and this ranks in the top three hands down, and my wife’s is in those three. The service was top shelf and the cleanliness is to be commended. I feel bad I’m only visiting my hometown for a week and a half, as I would make Jax a weekly stop were I still living in
J-town.

Breakfast-only diner but you will not be disappointed. The food and the interior design are amazing, and frankly incongruous to the location and exterior, I was pleasantly surprised. Cash only.

Simple, nicely priced, and good portions.Tried this place for breakfast for the first time today and will definitely be back. Nice small menu makes it easy to choose, good portion sizes, and decent prices. Two of us got out with an add on of hotcakes for under $30, can’t beat that in this economy.No downfalls really, just remember to bring cash and you’ll be fine
