I just walked into the restaurant told them I was willing to wait for the chicken and had the person bagging up the orders say that I have no idea how long the wait is I can't even tell them that thatwe're going to do the chicken loud enough that we could hear so we will be taking our business elsewhere

When we walked in nobody was at the register and you could hear the employees in the back talking about the manager who had apparently just left. We stood there for 10 min and nobody ever acknowledged us. The employees were too busy bashing the manager to wait on the customers. We left before we could order because we got tired of waiting for them to finish bashing the manager so they could acknowledge they had customers

We went and ordered 2, 3 piece boxes with Cole slaw and French fries. We get home and no French fries. Tried calling and the phone was picked up and hung up. This place gets worse everything we go there. Definitely not going there again.

This place is awful they never have any chicken made. They need to get more fryers or do something. I have waited in line for at least a half hour or longer every time I have been there. What are they doing in there if they are not making chicken. Please someone fix it.

This location has been operating with half of its cooking equipment broken, and they've been intentionally short staffed. The workers try but do a poor job keeping up with the demands of this location. It's not their fault. Ownership and leadership need to stop strangling pennies from its workforce. I'm going to start talking to them about the benefits of joining a union and how to contact the department of labor. This is for the employees there. Slow tf down. Don't overload yourself so the owners can have nice things while you struggle to provide. Call off and move slow until they fix the broken equipment and hire enough staff. There are more of us than them. We are stronger together.

The massive potholes in the drive through are a safety hazard. Itβs been this way for years, and they still fail to remedy the issue.

Went inside to place an order. was told up front it would be awhile as they were out. you cook 1 thing...chicken. how are you out (mid day)? waited an hour then got my money back n left. Use the drive thru if you are going. those are the only customers they actially seem to serve.
Food was good but the portions were crap for sides. I got tiny little baby bowls of sides. Divided upong the family everyone got two spoonfuls of potatoes and Mac. I paid 40 bucks give me some damn food.
