I watched this woman go through probably a little more 80pcs of chicken in 5 minutes serving orders. It was crazy.. but it's Johnstown and it's fried chicken. WHO DOESN'T LOVE FRIED CHICKEN 🤤

They ran out of chicken breast, what KFC has ever ran out of chicken breast? The legs and wings look like they come off baby chickens, literally! And fix your drive-thru, right as you get to the window there is a huge dip!

I was not happy with the chicken I got yesterday evening. The bucket had excessive oil or grease in the bottom. The chicken beasts were gummy, the meat was dripping with oil. Not what I am use to at KFC. It was evening so possible if was left over, but if Col. Sanders was there, he would be disappointed. People are friendly, everything was ok, except the chicken.

I have learned my lesson! I would never buy from KFC on Scalp avenue in Johnstown again! Not only did I not get my order but was told the store could not cancel it. Tried to cancel on air and of course was on hold for 20 minutes and could never cancel the order. When we went to pick up the order was told they could not have the order ready for at least 20 minutes or longer even though we placed the order well ahead of the time. Ripped off and would never deal with this KFC again. Manager could care less.

This was my first time ever walking into The building.The food was good, but when I walked all the staff were arguing and cursing. I understand it's fast food but why can't you at least be a little more professional

A truly disappointing experience.

We decided to dine in at this location. After placing our order, we waited 15 minutes before the manager approached us with a bad attitude, telling us we’d have to wait an additional 20 minutes for the chicken breast. Since we had already paid, we had no choice but to wait.

While we were waiting, two customers in line decided to leave after hearing the employees arguing among themselves. In total, we waited around 45 minutes to get our food.

Even though we ordered for dine-in, they gave us everything to-go. The soda machine had a terrible taste—we ended up throwing our drinks away. The fries were overly salty, and the chicken was undercooked.

This was my first and last visit to this KFC. If you’re thinking about going, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Stay away from this place.
