Went to the Richland location tonight and ordered over 30 dollars in food. The food was old hard and not fit for a dog. Attempted to call the store and could not get an answer. Sad part is we get food here often, but after tonight we won't be returning customers. I understand it was close to closing time but that's no excuse to serve food that old. The fries were like hockey picks and the chicken like rubber and the fish was so small I wasn't even sure it was fish.

Gotta say - the few times we've visited the food has been very good, service very fast, and order has always been accurate. I used to work at LJS and this passes my test.

I hate when you get your order and it’s wrong. I purchased an extra cod fillet and it wasn’t in my order when I got home. I live 20 min away. I tried calling and couldn’t get through. So much for carry out at Long John Silvers in Johnstown, PA😡

Don't like the new creamy cole slaw. It's a shame because the old recipe cole slaw (pepper slaw consistency) was my favorite. NO MORE!!!

I should've known by looking at the empty parking lot at dinner time not to go in again because last time it was horrible too. I swear they can't find somebody competent enough to work the fryer. Either the fish is as hard as a rock and cold or it's hot, overdone and is like a cross between shoe leather and lousy beef jerky. You pay good money in Biden's shitty economy and this is what you get. They're never getting another dime of our money again, good riddance!

The food didn't taste as good as it normally does. I got fish and chicken. Neither of which was good. The food took about 3 minutes to come out which was great but the quality of the food was disappointing. The cashier was nice though and took our order pretty fast and got it correct so that's a plus.

We don't come here often, maybe once or twice a year. Which brings me to the critique of this visit. The employees were fairly friendly, I'd say a bit annoyed with the individual item order. (Guess it's easier for them if you just order a 1, 2, or 3 meal, combo, etc...) But on to the fact that our order wasn't complicated yet somehow they forgot to give us our 3 shrimp we paid for. Unfortunately we didn't realize that fact until we got the whole way home. So we called the store, the young man on the other end said "oh yeah sorry we'll hook ya up with 3 free shrimp" we ran the whole way back to the store, went in and in this tiny little cup they put what I think was shrimp, I can't be 100% sure however because I forgot my magnifier! (we did not get any extra either for the inconvenience of their mistake!) These little things are grossly misrepresented on the advertisment! The fish was not tasty at all and as for the "new waffle fries" there were four in the box! WTH!!! I'll end by saying our once or twice a year has now been cut down to not returning ever again because it seems every time we do go, our order is never right! So, $30 for food (plus the cost of gas do to the employees incompetence) LJS has been ruined for us.
