this location is still going strong and for good reason! it's been amazing ever since I was a kid. orders are always correct and fresh! staff is very friendly. my go-to is the 3 piece chicken meal with cheese bites and lots of hushpuppies, because I can't get enough of them. YUM!

The people behind the counter had no idea what they were doing. The girl with the pink hair was putting her hair in hair ties behind the counter around the food. The wait was too long for subpar food at a ridiculously high price.

Fish sandwich was okay but coleslaw was half way filled. The lady at the window was rude and refused to upgrade my order. I c y this place doesn't get business by slamming the window in peoples faces.

I should have figured something was up when I was the only one in the dining area. $3.09 for a small fountain Pepsi. When I inquired about it the young lady who appeared to be in charge acted like she took offense that I would question it. Never again. You could not give me a meal there.

It's better than a so called hamburgers from the fake fast food hacks.
Went to the Richland location tonight and ordered over 30 dollars in food. The food was old hard and not fit for a dog. Attempted to call the store and could not get an answer. Sad part is we get food here often, but after tonight we won't be returning customers. I understand it was close to closing time but that's no excuse to serve food that old. The fries were like hockey picks and the chicken like rubber and the fish was so small I wasn't even sure it was fish.

I hate when you get your order and it’s wrong. I purchased an extra cod fillet and it wasn’t in my order when I got home. I live 20 min away. I tried calling and couldn’t get through. So much for carry out at Long John Silvers in Johnstown, PA😡
