I ordered carne asada tacos. They brought me a giant plate of literally only grilled onions. When I asked what is this ? said sorry and then brought me a children’s plate of only grilled onions lol maybe out of spite, but carne asada doesn’t even have grilled onions! so yeah, I didn’t eat.

So I called about an hour and a half before I had to pick up my food so they had enough time in case they were busy…I looked at THIER menu online before ordering.On the menu there was 2 different choices of a t bone steak….I get to the restaurant and the lady tells me they took the t bone off the menu so they couldn’t make it…They never called me to see if I wanted a substitute… they didn’t make the steak they do have… it was just wait until I came to pick it up to tell me my son has no meal… no discount for the inconvenienceThis is the 3rd and last problem I’ve had here. I’ve been dinning with this company since they were on scalp ave years ago.How do you take steak off your menu and not update the staff or men???!!! How didn’t the person that answered the phone know they just don’t have it…Was I supposed to go home and eat in front of my son and just tell him sorry they never called to see if you want something else, and didn’t just make the steak option they do have so just watch us eat…I can see bad service once maybe even twice but 3 times in 6 months to just my orders is a little unbelievable… I must have extremely bad luck everytime I order from here

Date Night!! I wanted tacos!! The wait wasn’t long and the lady that sat us seemed like she was doing it ALL, the place wasn’t busy BUT she was! Get her some help. I didn’t know what was good there but what I got I really wasn’t happy with…maybe I will give the place another try on Taco Tuesday!!

I placed an order the other night for food on my nighshift at work.The food was done & ready at the time they specified. The cashier was friendly & place was clean & welcoming.I got a large beef burrito Supreme. I was pleasantly surprised on the amount of food given.Huge burrito, seperate container of rice & refried beans, then also a huge bag of chips & salsa. Food was excellent, fresh & hot. Salsa for the chips tasted great.Burrito was excellent, beef was tender & tasty.I will definitely be ordering from again.

Our waiter was a young man. He was polite, accurate with our menu, food was done at a reasonable time, hot , and delicious. He was a very good waiter accommodating our substitutes and take home.Love this place! Prices are affordable as well, especially for your portions.

Walked in to order take out. Ordered two dinners, one appetizer and two extra sour cream ($1.25 each). When I got home they forgot the two extra sour creams. I called and was told I could come back. I asked if they could just credit my account instead. They said yes they could and I am happy with that, if that happens. Will check my account later to see. As I was thanking her for helping me with this. She hung up on me, no thank you, your are welcome, nothing. Just a big click. I was also dumb enough to leave a $5.00 tip. The food is really good, but the service needs work. Soooo, it's no more Luna Azteca for me.
